I was warned to get someone from this company who was very experienced and clean. I asked for such a person, and they sent Johnny. Johnny came an hour before he was scheduled to come. He was over the top respectful, kind, clean, and experienced! He did a great job! He cleaned up after himself, and he explained to me what was going on. I felt like the price was reasonable for what he did. Thank you, Johnny!

We had a difficult clog in our secondary waste water line. A different contractor made two attempts to clear the line but was unsuccessful, and told us we would have to jack hammer our basement floor to repair the pipe. We called Drain Tech, who showed in a very timely manner, and successfullly cleared the obstruction. They even followed up with us the next day to ensure all was well. This is an awesome company and I fully recommend them to anyone experiencng pipe or drain issues.

Johnny did a great job for us. It was a difficult job as it was in an older home and many roots were were blocking the system. He jetted it out. He was so pleasant and kind. Highly recommend Johnny and draintech for service! Great price too! Thank you Johnny for a job well done and quick service.

Drain Tech was amazing! It was very easy to get scheduled and they were able to get us in the very next day. Eli was great! He was very thorough and explained what he was doing well, and left our home cleaner than he had found it which was surprising and super helpful! Will 100% be calling them again and requesting Eli if we ever need it!

We had a slow, clogged garage sink, and also needed our sewer line checked. I called Drain Tech yesterday, and was able to get this scheduled first thing this morning! John came out right on time. He was polite, thorough, and did a great job! He explained all the details to make sure we understood what he'd be doing, and recommended some optional future services. We had another great experience with Drain Tech Company. Eli has been to our home before, and once again he exceeded expectations. We were having an issue with our main drain line in the basement leading out to our septic tank. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done.

He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He offered clear guidance on the best solution, which we approved, and then completed the job efficiently and professionally.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He carefully removed and reinstalled the toilet, laid down towels, and kept everything clean throughout the entire repair. When he finished, everything was working perfectly and the area was spotless.

City Creek has replaced a basic water heater here, and they had the best price we could fine. They also installed grease traps and air gaps to our three compartment sinks. Great, professional work every time.

Our experience was great from the beginning. We called early at 6 AM. Ashley immediately called us back Setting up an appointment within two hours for someone to come help us. Tanner and Levi came home within two hours of that phone call and Immediately understood the problem was describing. It was a tricky fix located in her basement behind kitchen cabinetry. Tanner were great to try to keep the area clean as well as do as little damage to the cabin as possible. I’ll be able to access the problem. They did great work and saved the day we have water again! Thanks to a great company !

I can’t recommend City Creek Plumbing highly enough!!! From the first time Ashley assessed our old water heater (which we went with a tankless water heater and water softener and couldn’t be happier that we did) he was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Ashley and Kelley were considerate, personable and did a quality install in a short amount of time. Since then Ashley has helped us on more than one occasion with non-related minor leaks responding immediately and making timely repairs. We feel lucky to have stumbled onto this dependable team!

Our water heater started leaking over the weekend. City Creek Plumbing responded quickly and were here to fix it in no time. He did a thorough job. We'd gladly use them again.

Update: we used City Creek Plumbing again throughout our kitchen renovation, and once again they exceeded our expectations! Ashly was always responsive with scheduling throughout the process (there are a lot of moving parts with the cabinet installers and electricians). They installed our dishwasher, sink, re-piped the sink to fit around new cabinet boxes, garbage disposal, and hooked up our fridge to the water line again. The price for all of that was very reasonable!

I have used City Creek Plumbing twice now and have been impressed with their quick response and their expertise. They are great to work with.

Disposal drain was badly clogged. City Creek was able to come within hours of my call. They cleared the drain providing exceptional, honest, quality service. They were so kind and professional explaining everything to my elderly mother helping ease her anxiety. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We called City Creek Plumbing this morning and Carter came out shortly after. He was able to diagnose problems quickly, get the parts and fix what we needed.

Carter also was very conscientious of money and cost on our side and let us know pricing and gave us options to do it ourselves for smaller fixes.
