Had a disposal replaced. Ashley was very responsive in setting up the appointment and keeping me informed of their schedule. Kelly was the one who came to do the replacement and was very cordial, courteous, professional, and did a great job. These guys care about treating their customers right. I would definitely use them again.

Ashley was great to work with. We called him on a Sunday and he called back early Monday morning, came around 8am to assess the situation and we had a brand new water heater by 11am. They were very clean.

I had three issues that needed to be fixed and Carter did an excellent job. He was punctual, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided an estimate for each repair. I highly recommend City Creek.

Lightening fast service, kind and honest people. Talked to Ashley on the phone and then Kelly came out to our house so fast. We were having an issue with our toilet and Kelly was so efficient with his help and explained everything as he was doing it - not to mention they had the best quote of any I had found after doing a lot of calls. My experience with City Creek plumbing was amazing! They did a great job installing a sink and garbage disposal in our new basement kitchen. They also installed a new water softner, which is awesome. They were friendly, prompt and the price was right. I would highly recommend them!

City Creek was quick to respond to a very time critical situation involving an outside hose bib that had been cut and was spraying water everywhere that could have held up several other projects that I was having installed at the time if it was not resolved so promptly but thankfully they took care of it early the next day easily and professionally with zero hassle at a very decent rate.
