Constraction reviews in Lehi, Utah

We absolutely loved working with TJ and his crew. They were CLEAN, on time, communication was amazing. Their attention to detail was top notch. Thanks so much for getting in and getting the job done quicker than I was anticipating. Definitely will use your company again!!!

We hired TJ Contractors to clear out our backyard playground area and lay down wood chips. Most impressive of all, they came on the day they said they would and finished the same day. There was one item that we weren’t fully satisfied with that we let them know about a few weeks later. They were communicative about when it would be finished and came back to do the work. Completely recommend them. It’s hard to find honest contractors to work with right now.

We used TJ and his team to demo an old, damaged asphalt and concrete driveway and pour new concrete for a patio and garage access. TJ is very responsive, professional, and kept me updated on date changes (due to weather). I am extremely happy with the results. I got bids from four contractors - what set TJ apart was my comfort level with him and his team.

TJ contractors is a fantastic company. TJ's engineering background helps him to create the perfect concrete mix for your specific project. Ensuring durability in our desert environment.

Loved working with TJ Contractors. They were responsive to my questions and offered suggestions on future improvements. The framer many times had me review and asked if things were being done correctly. TJ kept in touch and visited the work regularly to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with TJ Contractors, thanks to Tiago Sousa! From start to finish, Tiago was incredibly thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every detail was just right. His conscientious approach made me feel confident that I was getting exactly what I wanted without any corners being cut.
What really stood out was how involved I felt throughout the entire process. Tiago took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, making sure my vision was brought to life perfectly. His attention to detail is truly impressive, and it showed in the quality of the work.
If you’re looking for a contractor who genuinely cares about your project and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend TJ Contractors! Thank you, Tiago, for making this such a positive experience!

I guess these guys aren’t interested in doing any business? Tried calling looking to get a job done and all I was told was to get put on the do not call list and the was hung up on?
Highly recommend going to someone who will talk to you first!

Addition: Incorrect. I called to ask about a job (and try to become a customer) but you wouldn’t give me the time of day to explain what I was looking for before hanging up. Again, look elsewhere before calling this guy!

Final Edit: I was given no time to respond after you asked who I was when calling. You can’t be upset you get a one star review when someone was trying to do business. I must have gotten you on a bad day. But luckily I was able to get ahold of someone who was willing to speak to me and was able to actually accomplish the job because they took their time to listen to me. Thanks and good luck!

Hired TJ to hang drywall. Drywall came out looking good. TJ is very professional. He is fairly price and does great work. Would recommend to hire him for any job big or small.

Outstanding service, very fair, excellent communication, reliable and professional. TJ visits jobs daily to check in with home owner and crew. He delivers above and beyond what he quotes !
The interior paint job was whole house - the crew minimized their footprint within the home as much as possible . They were excellent about cleaning up after themselves daily , removing their own trash etc.
The concrete pour was quick and well done ! Crew worked around another crew working on the exterior and did not slow their pace.
We have asked TJ and his crews back for a third job and will continue to engage with their services! A welcome introduction to contractors in Utah. We rate them an 11/10 😎

I had a great experience working with TJ and his team. We had many different things done to remodel a room in our house (flooring, drywall, trim, woodwork, electrical, hvac) and it was all coordinated well and done in a timely manner with high quality. I always felt that I could reach out to TJ if I had any questions at all, which was great.

I would highly recommend TJ for any construction needs.

TJ Contractors is a name that keeps coming up, especially when it comes to concrete work. Their team has a reputation for delivering quality and durability, whether it's for driveways, patios, or walkways. I've seen some of their work around the neighborhood, and it's impressive – clean lines, even surfaces, and it holds up well over time. They're known for being on schedule and maintaining a neat work site. The pricing is reasonable, and the value you get is apparent. From what I can tell, if you're thinking about any concrete projects, TJ Contractors should definitely be on your list to consider. They seem to leave a trail of satisfied customers.

TJ was fantastic in all aspects of the job. Reliable, honest, fair and always in constant communication. His crew does fantastic work and are extremely efficient. We did run into a few snags but TJ went above and beyond to take care of everything. I will absolutely be contacting TJ again when we get to our next project.

I am very impressed with how professional and responsive my service is with TJ Contractors. I couldn't be happier with the result of my extended driveway!

I've had the pleasure of working with TJ Contractors on a large custom home addition. As a sub-contractor, it's imperative to have excellent communication from the general contractor and TJ has not disappointed once.
This translates into smooth construction timelines and being steadfast in resolving any issues in the field. I can tell that TJ Contractors has the client's best interest in mind and looks for resolutions to make the whole experience a win for everyone involved.

I hired TJ to finish the basement of my townhome. Some work had already been done and he was willing to pick up the project including verifying that the existing work was up to code. He got the job done quickly and had his subs working almost every day until the job was done. His prices were competitive and he was very responsive to questions and concerns. His subs were good, except the painter which I found their work to be expensive for the rushed job they did. He worked with me to get the exact finishes I had envisioned. I would choose TJ again after finishing the project.

We hired TJ Contractors to remove a structural wall to increase the size of our basement living room. This included working with an engineer to make sure the structure was properly supported so they could remove the wall. We also had new flooring installed throughout the basement and new/updated carpenter style trim. TJ was very professional and great to work with! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The subcontractors always showed up when he said they would. TJ made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We will be hiring TJ Contractors again for future projects we have planned!

TJ is a great contact, his communication and follow through overseeing a project is something very rare to find these days. Transparent, set clear and direct expectations, and answered any questions i had. Would recommend him to anyone in the business and look forward to working with him in the future

Great Company, I've done several projects with TJ and I am happy with the work. TJ is always very responsive and gets to my projects in a timely manner. I haven't had very many issues with quality, but when his guys do make a mistake he is quick to get them back to rectify it.

TJ Contractors is a company that does incredible work and is guaranteed. The guys are great, and I will definitely be happy to work with them again. I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

Couldn’t recommend the team at TJ Contractors more! Tj himself is an awesome guy! He makes sure to go out of his way to for his customers! Him and his team are very reliable, responsive and have great customer service. Also, their workmanship is great! Hiring him for your next project is the best thing you can do!
