Overall, I can't recommend Tidy Town enough! From the get go, they have been friendly and so easy to work with, even with my hectic schedule. The cleaning itself was 10/10. My house looks and feels clean, even down to the smallest details, and all at the best prices I have found. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable cleanings!

Tidy Town has been incredible! We have had other housekeeping services and either paid way more or didn't get the level of clean we expected. Tidy Town has been very open and honest from the beginning and have extremely competitive prices. Definitely the best value for housecleaning services. Their customer service is also exceptional. We feel like we can ask questions and will always get a timely and courteous response. Good communication is so important with these types of services.

Very friendly and happy staff. Did a great job! The cleaners were very efficient with their time and cleaned 4 rooms in no time! Some areas could have needed some more time, but overall very satisfied! Great value and great results!

They cleaned my home prior to moving in... The house was completely empty with no furniture or belongings.

For a move out/move in service, I would have expected them to clean more thoroughly. The staircase still had dust, the baseboards weren't wiped down, and the drawers were only half cleaned. The lady who cleaned the kitchen did a good job with the stove, oven and cabinets.

Communication was also a hassle since the cleaners did not speak any english.

I would not use them again.

Tidy Town has been coming by for a few months, and I am nothing but satisfied with the work. It has taken a tremendous load off of our shoulders, and they always do a fantastically thorough job. Cannot recommend enough.

When things get hectic with a busy life schedule, traveling, etc., I've occasionally hired cleaners to help me pick the slack. Tidy Town was referred to me through a friend. They did a top-notch job on my main bedroom and bathroom. Arrived on time, and left the place even better than I had hoped. Mirrors, sinks, surfaces, and even some tile stains that I thought were hopeless were scrubbed to look like new. They also did a terrific job organizing some of my clutter. Also, they were much more affordable than previous cleaning agencies I've used. Will definitely use this company again as needed.

The cleaners did a great job. They were very thorough and easygoing. The follow up after the service was really good as well, ensuring the job was done up to standard. The even scrubbed my oven and got rid of literally decades of buildup lol. I would definitely recommend!

The cleaners were very nice and did an exceptional job organizing my kids closet and things. They also did a great job on all of the bathrooms. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! There were some spots on the floors that they missed, but I mentioned this to the owner and he was quick to resolve the issue.

They are phenomenal. I left my old cleaners when I tried them—they’re the best cleaners I’ve ever had. Plus, I love that they are great at communication and they itemize a list of what you’re paying for so you know what you’re getting. All in all, just a wonderful experience and I’d recommend them 10/10 times! Also, they CLEANED MY OVEN and I thought it was uncleanable! Best day of my life realizing it was cleaned and I didn’t have to worry about it!

Had a great experience with Tidy Town! They came right on time, cleaners were professional and very friendly. They cleaned our whole kitchen, bathrooms, walls, and doors and they look fantastic! I told my wife after the fact that I didn't know our doors were so dirty until after they cleaned them. Would highly recommend and plan on setting up a monthly recurrence with them.

I keep a pretty clean place, but I don't really have the time to attend to the high usage areas of my home where the grease and buildup accumulates over time. The Tidy Town team helped transform my kitchen and bathroom into gleaming spaces! This business is very communicative. They confirmed my time a day ahead and even prioritized the spots I needed to get extra clean! I will definitely use again.

So if you like a company that half asses their work hire these guys. They came out and did a lawn mow and missed spots in yard, didn’t edge and didn’t even move a hose Just skipped that section all together! They were supposed to come out and redo it but of course not seen them yet. Beware of this company.

Leon and Estefani are amazing! I've never seen a team work harder. and our yard looks amazing! They killed it on our water features. Estefani helped me design it and they both helped through the entire process.

They came out, helped me figure out what I wanted, seemed to listen, took many measurements and said they would get back to me with a design and a quote in about a week. About 2.5 weeks later I sent a follow up and now it’s been another 3 weeks and still no response.
