We have had two great experiences with Utah Valley Plumbing!! Mark was quick to come out and help us figure out the plumbing and HVAC for a laundry room remodel. He saved us thousands of dollars by suggesting we put the laundry in a better location than we were originally planning. On a different occasion, he came to our house for a plumbing emergency. He had the problem solved quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

Tyce was a life saver! We were lost in a store and unable to find the correct connector pieces for our toilet. Tyce was behind us in line and overheard us and the store clerk defeated. He went out of his busy day to help get us the correct piece and set us up! Efficient and great customer service. He went out of his way to help us when he totally didn’t need too.

They diagnosed, and quickly fixed, a leak happening from my main drainage pipe. Despite having to cut out part of the wall in my coat closet to replace the pipe, it was still a clean and efficient process and didn't take long at all. It took a bit to find out exactly where the leak was coming from, and they were kind and told me I didn't have to pay for part of it because the first fix test wasn't the actual cause. That's fantastic customer service and good business. Highly recommend their services!

Mark and team go above and beyond! Mark assessed the issue and gave me multiple options. He could simply fix the issue, he could fix it and improve it, or he could fix it improve it and future proof it. It just depended on what I wanted done. I chose to future proof it and it turned out awesome! It was a tough job and they nailed it. You always hope to find people who will do the best possible job, old school people where there word is their bond, and Mark and team toe that line. Trust worthy, dependable, really good people! Highly recommended!

I felt like the worker could have saved a couple hours of trouble shooting the slow drain and realizing it was the autovent if he'd had some more experience because of that the price was on the higher end. It was good to get the job done and I believe it should be in good shape now.

So glad I found Utah valley plumbing! They were so polite and friendly through the whole process, from the phone call to the payment. Everything was slick and easy. They got me in quickly and showed up on time, and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra (like other companies have (like any hour👀)! Will definitely recommend and use them again. Tyce was our technician and he was great!

Both techs were very knowledgeable and efficient. They also did a great job of cleaning up their work area after having to cut sheetrock out of both a wall and ceiling.

I have now worked with Utah Valley Plumbing 3 times. Twice for new water heaters in 2 different properties a few months apart & then just today for a water heater issue. They are so quick to reply and have always been able to get me in very quickly!
I know nothing about any plumbing but I find them trustworthy, helpful, and reliable!

We had them help us get a washer plumbed for our basement. We called multiple places and got two responses and had two quotes. They actually answered the phone and came out quickly to give us a quote then were able to get us on their schedule within a couple days and had the best price. Jackson was great, very professional and was able to answer some other questions I had while he was there. Definitely will use them again for anything else that comes up in the future.

Jackson and the team were a part of a home inspection. He was so friendly, clean, and polite. He either took his shoes off or put on shoe covers. He had to go through our toilet to scope the pipes. Obviously, having to take the toilet out. When he finished, he cleaned everything and even fixed the rocking of our toilet. I couldn't even tell he took the toilet out unless I saw it with my own eyes.
I highly recommend these guys.

Mark is great! I have called him most times in a panic because of some water issue and he has booked an appointment in a timely manner. But more importantly he talks through the issue with me and offers ideas and temporary fixes until he can come.

We had an urgent need for a shower fix as well a water heater that needed service. They were able to come and fix the shower same day, diagnose and order parts for the water heater, and while hear identified a safety hazard that they fixed for free as well as diagnosed the root cause of some of the problems we had ( water pressure way too high ). Parts came next day and the remaining repairs were completed quickly and with no hassle. Great service, very nice plumbers - highly recommend.

My fiancé and I put in a laundry unit upstairs a couple of months ago and had UVP install the plumbing. Mark gave us the estimate and was able to find a solution within our budget, which we appreciated. The technicians (Jackson and Tyce) arrived when scheduled, were professional, and did a good job.
