Alma was fantastic help! Our hot water heater wasn't working, so i called around several local plumbers in Lehi, but none were able to come for several days. I found Sunset online and Alma answered and suggested we try FaceTime troubleshooting before scheduling an appointment. He was very knowledgable and went over all the possiblities before talking me through resetting which solved our issue this time. We are grateful for his efforts to aid us in our emergency and will for sure reach out again if we have problems. He gets the long-term customer service model. Even though there was no charge this time, he has paved the way to get our business and recommendations in the future. Thank you!

I called Alma late on New Years Eve after my water heater went out. He talked me through a bunch of troubleshooting over the phone free of charge because he didn’t have time to come see it himself. Eventually I ended up needing him to do some fixes and he was timely and took care of all the issues. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be my go-to from now on.

I was very impressed with Sunset Plumbing from start to finish. I messaged them late on a Friday night expecting to hear back Monday. Alma responded right away to understand the details and severity of rhe situation.

When he arrived, access to the issue required a little TLC. He kept a positive attitude and made quick work of a difficult situation. You can also tell he is very experienced, had the right tools and knew just what was needed for the job.

We had another company come fix a plumbing issue a couple months ago, but the price was much higher for a simpler issue. The service was fantastic and the price reasonable. I will definitely be calling Sunset in the future.

I called these guys when my water heater broke due to the good reviews while looking around for a trusted company. They did not disappoint! Response was quick, they walked through my options with me, were very upfront with pricing, and got a new water heater installed the very next day. They were professional and even vacuumed up after the install. Highly recommend!

Alma is great. I have used him 3 times. Always on time (or early) He also always texts a msg 30-60 minutes telling me he is on the way. He knows what he is doing and his work is of the highest quality.

I just moved into a newly built home in southern Utah County and needed a custom installation of a $5k Tyent water ionizing system which involved drilling a hole into my solid surface kitchen countertop.

The service technician Alma Bradshaw clearly explained what would be required for the job, got my approval, and then proceeded to install the water ionizing system flawlessly. He was very professional, and his pricing was better than what I had expected!

He also went above and beyond by cleaning up all the packaging materials that my system came in and disposing of them for me. He left my kitchen looking amazing! I am so happy and grateful!

And now I have my plumber for any future needs. I definitely will be recommending Sunset Plumbing to all of my friends too!

5 star service!!! I called Alma with Sunset Plumbing at about 9pm on a Thursday night because my water heater went out. Alma was quick to answer the phone and all of my questions. I am sitting here writing my review at noon the very next day with a new water heater. Great price, great service!! Don't bother calling around. This is the guy you want to call!

Sunset Plumbing gave us the best price on a Rheem hot water heater with a 10 year warranty. Alma took the time to explain our options, the pros and cons of each, as well as talk about the rebates for hot water heaters too. He was polite and efficiently installed our new heater with no mess. We highly recommend him.

Alma is a wonderful man and great at his trade. I would recommend him to anyone. We noticed that our water heater had gone out at 11 PM on a Saturday night and I saw that Sunset Plumbing was open 24 hours, so I called. Alma helped troubleshoot the situation for about 30 minutes and we did get the pilot light back on and the heating going again. He was very kind and friendly and gave advice in a way that I could save money if I decided to do things myself. Unfortunately, the heating went out in the morning and there was only one person I was going to call to get help! Alma came by and got the components replaced. I finally have a great plumber. I can recommend.

I had a water softener installed about a year ago, they did an awesome job. I got a call the other day offering a free home plumbing inspection. Jaxsen came out and unclogged a drain free of charge. 2oo2 visits they have been on time and super professional. I highly recommend these folks.

Jackson was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the services clearly before work began and gave us a very fair estimate. He then introduced Kaiden and Demetrius whom he put to work immediately. They worked long hours over multiple days with great attitudes and respect for the homeowners. Final product was exceptional.

Kaiden is a stud. He is strong and respectful. He explained to me multiple times what was happening and went to the trouble to show me his craftsmanship as he worked and even entertained my grandson who was pretending to be a "workin' man".

Demetrius is an amazingly talented professional. He also was kind to my grandson and so very respectful to my family. His work was professional and efficient. He was respectful with how clean he kept our home in the middle of huge messy job. He was genuinely interested in our family as she shared stories of his newborn. We felt like inviting him and Kaiden to dinner with us after they finished the job. Great men!
