Jaxsen came by the house and fixed a couple of things for me. He was kind and so polite. I will definitely call Valley plumbing and request Jaxsen again.

Dallin was great! He took time when he came to give us an estimate to try to diagnose the problem and to give us options. When he came to do the work, he was punctual and well prepared. The cost was significantly less than other companies estimates which we were grateful for. He again took time to make sure that we were happy with the work and to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Thank you Dallin!

Called to fix a gas leak. They came over, then quoted me $506 for an estimated hour of work and said everyone in the area charges that much.
I called around and found someone else who charges the normal $125/hr, and fixed it within 5 minutes.

Neil did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He was really easy going and loved playing with our 2 dogs. It took him less than an hour to finish up and I felt like it was a fair price. It was shy of $600 for the new stainless steel disposal and the labor. This 3/4 horse power disposal also came with a 7 year warranty. I would use them again for water heater replacement or any other plumbing issue that I can't do myself.

We were in a bit of a rush to get a faucet fixed, and Dallin came through! Not only was he prompt, but also super friendly and accommodating. He even took a moment to check out our water heater and offered helpful suggestions. Great service all around—definitely a 5-star experience!

Our toilet handle wasn’t working and there was a part in the toilet where the tube kept popping out. They replaced the part in the toilet which cost over $300. Fine whatever I get it. But the handle still wasn’t working adequately (have to hold it down then push it back up) so we when called them to come back (even though we asked they fix the handle as well the first time) and they said it would be another $300 to fix the handle because of their “expertise”.

Fast forward to now (about two months later) we’re having the same issue with the tube popping out in the toilet (on the part they just replaced for over $300) and it’s not flushing well. We will absolutely never use their services again and unless you want to pay absurd amounts for jobs done poorly/not done at all I suggest you don’t either.

Contacted me Too tell me when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Completed the task and checked a few other things for me very satisfied.

Unacceptable service. I had Valley Plumbing run plumbing and install an AO smith water heater in my house, but when an issue arose, they would have charged an exorbitant fee to fix a problem which is covered under warranty.

Their technician observed the ignition switch firing but kept shutting off. He never looked. Instead of following logical troubleshooting steps, he called tech support who immediately suggested cutting the vent to check airflow. A simple visual and tactile inspection of the vent's airflow, both inside and outside, loosening a screw and checking with their hand would have been sufficient without damaging the pipe.

Despite an error code indicating a faulty igniter switch (as per the owner's manual), should have been the very first thing they addressed. This shows they are exploiting the situation for financial gain. Taking advantage of their customers and their ignorance.

Valley Plumbing lacks integrity. They proposed charging $500 to run a snake to diagnosing a non-existent problem in the vent system to waste time later in fixing an unnecessary damage. Their approach is deceptive and overpriced. I’ll explain later on.

I sought a second opinion from Parley's PPM. Their technician didn't charge for diagnosis, and he correctly identified the issue as the igniter assembly (as indicated in the manual), verifying airflow without damaging the vent all within 5 minutes. They only charged $260.30 for installation, which was under warranty.

In contrast, Valley Plumbing wanted to charge $500 for an unnecessary diagnosis and problem they would have created by cutting the vent, then more for labor and installation to fix such issue ( $200+ more) then more for replacing the igniter switch after ruling out ventilation issues which they had created in the first place. After that, they would then taken the defective igniter switch back and claim and get credit ($$$) from the manufacturer for the warranty-covered part, essentially profiting multiple times from a single service call and a single fix.

I strongly advise against using dishonest practitioners. There are more reputable options available. Consider this a warning! Do not go with them.

Parley's PPM is recommended as a superior alternative.

We are very happy and grateful for the work that Taylor and Tytan of Valley plumbing did to replace the sagging sewage pipe under our basement foundation yesterday and they did it for a fair price. Taylor used a camera with an inclination sensor and a cool red wand to identify the location of the belly or sag in our pipe and then fix it. Until Taylor met with us, we were terrified to have a hole dug into our finished basement. But Valley plumbing has advanced equipment and teams up with Utah disaster recovery, and practically all the dust was confined to the work area and didn’t affect the rest of our house. They even put a plastic sheet to protect our floor and carpet from work related traffic in our house. Well done Taylor and Tytan and well done valley plumbing!

Very good service got us right in. this is the second we have used them and both times we were very happy with there service. They will be our first call from now on Thank You Josh.

Finally decided to have Valley Plumbing come back out and replace my broken toilet and it works great! Wife wanted a skirted model for easier cleaning and Valley delivered. Despite the extra work that goes into these puppies, they were timely and efficient.

I cannot express how grateful we are for Jordan! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us! So so easy to work with and very kind! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you so much Jordan you saved the day for our family! He deserves a raise!

Thank you Valley Plumbing!! Our water heaters went out over the weekend and they can out within a couple hours of calling. They brought 2 new water heaters and fixed up our original plumbing that was a little janky. Trayten and Dallin were awesome technicians and super kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Parker did a really great job on my tankless water heater, he came promptly at 10 o’clock and was done within an hour and a half. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them.

Parker and Andrew were very pleasant to work with. Parker has done other work for me and I will continue requesting him.

Taylor was so professional, friendly, and communicated really well explaining the problem to us and also teaching us how to take better care of our drain. He also came quickly, immediately right after another job, and fixed it same day. We are so grateful! Highly recommend.

They mixed up my water softener lines so it went to our drinking water, but they quickly fixed the problem and refunded the money. Dallin was a pleasure to work with. Very humble, helpful, and hardworking. I would hire him again despite the mistake.
