They were prompt and efficient. Had another company scheduled to come between 9am-1pm. Received a text from that company at 12:14 PM that they would not be coming today and will be coming the following day. Immediately canceled that and called Valley plumbing, they made it up to my property within one hour. Very pleased and will refer them again and again in my real estate business!

Jaydon did an excellent job! He made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and was quick and efficient. He didn’t push anything on me, which I really appreciated.

The service was prompt, professional, affordable, and effective. The technician, Trey, was easily one of the most amiable, knowledgeable, transparent, and respectful individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I would easily recommend both him and his company at large for plumbing services.

So far I haven't had any work done with Valley Plumbing but they have been EXTREMELY thoughtful and accommodating with my schedule even after I had to cancel with them!!! They have been MORE THAN understanding!! I'll let you know after they do the work. LOL but I'm sure they will do a great job.

Friendly and helpful staff in person and over the phone. They replaced my AC unit and have been providing maintenance on my home for over a year now.

Air Express was maintains my company's HVAC systems and did excellent during our spring checkup. They were professional, thorough, and went above and beyond by cleaning out issues they found and spraying our AC units to help prevent future problems. Great service and highly recommended.

Bryce came out to fix our AC but moments before he arrived a dump truck took out the power to our neighborhood. We quickly rescheduled and Bryce came back and got the job done.

Tyler and Kris were awesome. They both are very dedicated. They spent over 12 hours yesterday and Tyler came back today for another four hours to finish up the job and then Tyler went over all the functioning of the new AC heating system with me so that understood all the ways it can be adjusted. I would Recommend western heating air to anyone. They are very great to work with.
