Mitch was so awesome. He explained our problem exceptionally well. We got an estimate of the work we need and a bottle of TOTAL-C.

Taylor was prompt, professional and very thorough investigating a backed up shower drain. He managed to clear the drain as well as unearthed a break in the union in my sump pump. He was able to replace the union and also addressed a leak on the other pump in the sump pump. All in the same freaking day. Very impressed with Taylor, he represents Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning incredibly well. Can’t recommend enough.

Fast forward 3 months later and I am still having issues with the ejector pump. Trayten and Trevor came to help diagnose the issue. They charged me $1161.82 to replace check valves on the ejector pump that did not fix my problem, then refused to help me finish resolving the fix (they recommended a massive fix involving running a new drain line to the city sewer). Frustrated, they offered to refund me a measly ~$350.

I wound up using Keemer Plumbing, who were able to install a new ejector pump system and connect to the existing drain line by opening up some dry wall in the house for around $10k. The solution prescribed by valley plumbing would have been double or triple that with excavation.

I am pretty disappointed in the outcome here and the unwillingness to make things right as well as the lack of follow-through by Valley Plumbing.

Taylor and Kaiden with Valley Plumbing did a great job installing a tankless water heater for us. They did a same-day install. The heater is tidy with connections and ducts all looking well planned and worked out. They helped with registering and finding rebate forms as well. Thank you.

They were awesome, Kaiden the technician was so fast and knowledgeable and they beat the other bids we had and got everything installed same day! So glad that we had a family friend refer us to them! Our new plumber!

I was needing help from a plumber for a Kitchen sink that was not draining. Jaxsen Was dispatched out to our home. He was very professional and was able to get things draining and working very quickly! Will definitely use them again!

Need to give those boys a big raise. They were polite, on time, knowledgeable, honest, fast to fix the issue; overall a great experience with them. Trey was the plumber and I forget the hvac guys name as well as the excavating guy, but All 3 were amazing!

Kaiden just finished with the job. We needed to have all of our kitchen plumbing removed for new counters to be installed tomorrow. He was outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. He even helped me move a couple of things around. I would highly recommend both Valley Plumbing and Kaiden!

I recommend Valley Plumbing after a journey with our commercial retail space. We had our plumbing backed up in our bathroom and kitchen in April, they came to augur it to fixe the problem the day after I had our issue. It backed up again in October, they came out and cleared it and jetted it. Then it backed up again just a month later. They had Bryan, Parker and Ed come out to assess. It took them some time but we eventually found a plug in our plumbing and they got it removed through some ingenuity and didn’t charge me for the third visit. They were professional and reasonable in regard to a weird situation.

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Trayten and he is fabulous! He is so thorough and patient with all my questions. He always makes sure we understand what work is being done. We will for sure be working with him for all our plumbing needs.

Great experience with Valley Plumbing. Customer service was good. They sent a text to confirm appointment and gave notice when they were on their way for the repair. One of Valley plumbing's technician named Jeremy Gellersen did an amazing job. He came out fast on the first day of calling. He did a full inspection. He made sure to find anything that needed to be fixed and he would let you know first. He fixed everything that he found. I'm so grateful to hire these guys. One of my best experiences in hiring someone to fix plumbing.
