Service Technician Brenden M. was excellent! The routine service and evaluation of my aging furnace was meticulous, as well as visually showing me the condition of the various components and what I might expect in the future.

The install team of Parker and Chris worked very hard for a day and a half to install our furnace, AC and humidifier. They were respectful to us and our property and left the space spotless! Bonus, they showed us every aspect of our new system in a friendly manner. Well done guys!

Ondrej was on time for his appointment and very thorough. He communicated very clearly what he was going to do regarding preventative maintenance on my furnace and then what results he found upon completion. Jose Serrano did a good inspection. Instead of just replacing a part that was out he found that would been a waste of money. Not the best news on the hvac system but good to know its a safety hazard and will save more in the long term.

Shawn was awesome with my new furnace installation. He was very thorough, explaining me the load and answering my questions about furnace size and capacity. I have yet to continuously turn the heat on as it is almost in 80s the last couple of days. Overall, Hunter who came in originally for the repairs was also very straightforward and reasonable. My 26 year old furnace finally kicked its leg, the company worked with me and it worked out for both parties involved.

Thank you to Ondre Lewit, Dalton Judd, Parker Robbins and team for their quick actions in getting heat restored to our home. Parker & his assistant worked tirelessly to get the new equipment installed & running. So appreciative.

James Carlson was professional, kind, and patient with my rowdy toddler. He did tune ups on our 3 furnaces and also checked our humidifier. It turns out we have neglected our humidifier not knowing we were supposed to do some routine maintenance. He fixed it up for us. James recommended a repair and cleaning to our furnace and explained why but was not pushy. We would love to have James back in the future.

Both Seth and Blake came out the same day—Seth for a water heater tune up and Blake for a furnace tune up—and they were excellent to work with. Each of them was polite, professional, and very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why. They both offered clear recommendations without any pressure, which I really appreciated. On top of their great work, they were so patient and kind with my two young kids, who were curious about the process and kept asking questions. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

James C. came out for routine maintenance and did a great job. I feel like he really made an effort to do a quality tune up. He pointed out a potential issue and took time to explain it to us without the hard sell approach, which I appreciated.

William Brotherson was very informative and answered all my questions. Gave me great information on ways to my our HVAC system work even better. Amazing job. Looking forward to working with him again.

Today we had Western Heating, Air and Plumbing doing our yearly maintenance for our furnaces. As usual, the experience was fantastic! Brandon was our technician. He was excellent at his work and a pleasure to interact with. For the last ten years we have been using Western exclusively for any HVAC and Plumbing needs because we have become accustomed to the quality of their work, their respect for our home, the clear and effective communication and the overall customer service experience. We love the honesty and accountability they bring with all the before and after pictures and videos. If a repair is needed, the price structure is simple and easy to understand.

Brenden did a great job doing the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was on time, kind and very knowledgeable. He explained some options of additional products that are available and was not pushy. Great job!! I highly recommend Western Heating Air & Plumbing.

Tim did a great job getting our heat going again. I appreciated how thorough he was in explaining what was going on with my system. Even though it was after hours, he was pleasant and helpful. We were grateful to have the heat back in again! Tim was awesome!

Jose was an absolute delight. His genuine concern and desire to be helpful put me at ease throughout the whole appointment. All communication was clear, honest, and polite. Western is very lucky to have him.

Brent did a great job presenting options to replace our HVAC system. He was very friendly and personable.

Parker and Pedro did the install work for the new HVAC and AC unit. They were very thorough, efficient, and quick. They even did a small fix on the water heater for free! After the install was done, Parker took the time to walk us through all the changes, how to change filters, and how to use the new thermostat.

I cannot recommend this group enough. Over the years, we’ve had two furnaces and now two AC units replaced. They always do fantastic work. Their bids are competitive with others but their customer service keeps us coming back. ⭐️ They show up on time, keep everything clean, and answer all of our questions.

We didn’t opt for the most expensive AC unit since we live in a cooler part of the valley. Brent helped us pick the model that would fit our needs without spending a ton. We’ve loved working with him over the years. We’ve had several different teams work on our house and have always had a great experience. Tyler and Easton installed our new AC unit today. They were friendly and fast. Tyler went the extra mile to make this unit extra efficient and problem resistant for the future. Thanks for another seamless install.

Never booked anything with Western before but I had a toilet repair that needed fixing and decided to give them a try. I scheduled online on a Sunday for a Wednesday. They called to confirm the appointment Monday morning. They had an opening for later in the day Monday and Seth came out. He quickly assessed the issue (an error my husband made when redoing our bathroom) and got to work right away. After a few hours, it was fixed! Great experience and cannot recommend them enough!

Tim is absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job with our HVAC maintenance service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he observed, along with things we could do to help our system run more efficiently. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He even offered to help with anything beyond the HVAC service, which really shows how much he cares about his customers.
