They came out for a service call and were very efficient and well mannered. The rep, Daniel, was knowledgeable and willing to spend time educating me on some of the inefficiencies of our current set up. I have met the owners of the company as well and they are some of the best people you can know.

We had North Star clean our ducts and service our AC/Heater. They we're really great! They offered to work on a Saturday for us, even though that wasn't their normal hours. And was very open about what they were doing, and why. Also, bonus! They were actually on time and very respectful, and surprisingly quick.

I’m more than happy with my experience either North Star! I was having trouble with my mini split and they had someone out in no time. The tech arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and how to maintain the system in the future. I left a voicemail with North Star Heating and Air over the weekend. They never returned my call. So we found somebody else who was willing to help. They sent me a text to leave a review, even though they never helped nor had the decency to return my phone call. Very disappointed. Google made me choose at least 1 star- but zero stars would be more appropriate. Would not recommend this company.

Anthony and his help of Jesse and Ben are amazing employees and did an excellent job on my remodel needs. They're able to accomplish all my unusual requests and stay within code as well. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was done right. Would highly recommend North Star to anyone else?

I have relied on North Star for several years now. They repaired my very old furnace and air conditioner until I could replace it. I got a good product at a competitive price and their technicians are on time, work quickly and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need.

I had my first furnace tune up on my furnace that is over thirty years old. Gage was the tech, and did a wonderful job.I know we are going to need a new furnace in the near future, but he did not push it on us.

Brit was punctual, courteous, and timely at the appointment. He changed out the furnace filter, cleaned out the area, and made sure everything was running properly. He also checked my a/c and gave it a clean bill of health!

Jayden Valdez did such a great job installing 2 very expensive light fixtures for me. One in my entry and one over my dining room table. They are beautiful and I felt very confident in Jayden’s ability to do the job well. Thank you so much!

I asked them to Service my furnace. They were here for 10 minutes. Said there’s nothing they needed to do. Everything was fine and charged me for being here. I will never use them again! The worst customer service on the phone and terrible customer service in person. Could’ve stayed with the furnace and lied to me at least.

Oscar, the technician was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. "Yes" had the best price for a water heater replacement, of all the quotes I got. Communication was good, with no surprises.

YES was very nice, professional and thorough in diagnosing my HVAC system. I was very confident with my decision to have them replace my AC/Heating units. It was an expensive and needed replacement and the options they have me helped me get what I needed in a price that I was comfortable with. The installers were clean, polite and very professional. I would recommend YES to anyone.

We love that YES! has several departments we can utilize with one call--electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Brad Fort came out today to fix an electrical issue at our business and he was kind and thorough. He communicated the issue well, 5 stars!
