I was excited about using this company but unfortunately they are not responsive. Tech came out and was nice, his ball park prices seemed reasonable and he told me their strong point was taking care of their clients. Tech promised me a quote asap with different product brands and different set up costs we discussed. I waited for a quote and it never came. I texted, emailed and called for the next few weeks and couldn't get anyone to send me over a quote. If it's this hard to just get a quote from them, I have a hard time believing they'll take care of their clients in the future. Just unbelievable they waste their time going to homes and don't send a quote. My job was in the $6500 range so perhaps they have bigger jobs out there than to worry about me.
