All I can say is WOW!! They did an awesome job. It took us two years to find someone to reface our fireplace. It was exhausting. But we stumbled on 5star kitchen and bath. They had someone come out right away to give us and estimate and the follow up and communication with was amazing. The date of our install was on time and the guys showed up on the dot. Our fireplace came out soooo beautiful and we are sooooo very happy and thankful to them for doing such a great job!! We would definitely use them again for future projects. Definitely recommend them!

I totally love my kitchen . It is all white. Curtis and Ethan H was the best tearing it apart and helped put it back together in record time. My counter tops is the best . I have water fall down the sides which is beutiful . They even cleaned up all there messy . Brady and Enrique did a great job putting it back together . I will have them back for sure. The installers who came to repair our flooring were wonderful. They worked hard and went above and beyond what was expected and required. They were very professional and courteous. Lazaro and Brady H were the best. The electrician who came the next day also noticed a few lights were not working and replaced all of the lights and they look wonderful. Thanks to Austin. I hope Donnie appreciates their care of the customer. Thanks for a job well done!!

Matt Chaffee was a wonderful consultant and Ethan and Zack did such a great job on the installation. All completed in a about 6 hours. Now I just have to paint the yellow walls and it will be even better. So happy to see the tile gone! I love my new shower!

When Brandon first came to our home to discuss five star’s philosophy and mission to make this the best experience possible for remodeling our kitchen, I was sold! Brandon then continued listening and advising and meeting us until he handed us off to the ever-attentive foreman, Donnie. Donnie also listened and worked through every question and concern we had through completion. 5 Star took care of everything. Scheduling and communication with Kylee was the most thorough and consistent I’ve ever experienced with a project this size. 5 Star took care of all the organization; designing, ordering, installing and plumbing making any adjustments as necessary. They were prompt and kept us informed throughout.
All of the teams were appropriately cordial and available. Raphaela oversaw and worked with her team to install our kitchen cabinets in a timely respectful manner flawlessly. Every

aspect of Andrew’s quartz countertop measurement and installation process was carried out until perfection! Leo worked by Andrew’s side in this enormous endeavor. These guys have talent and pride in their work.
Ryan and Gary wrapped up the job with an eye for excellence. They saw to every last thing from plumbing to more installation and clean up before I gave them my final payment. They had suggestions for questions we had moving forward. We were definitely in good hands throughout this process with five star kitchen and bath and would recommend them to everyone!

During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base.

Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it."

This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They removed all of the old shower and gave us a beautiful new one. The folks there: Matt, Blake and Zack did an excellent job.

They ensured that we would enjoy our new shower through their craftsmanship and communications. Management came to our house to inspect and address our concerns during the construction.

I highly recommend these folks.

Lazaro, Enrique, Jesus and Alberto did a beautiful job on replacing my old ugly bathtub and ugly walls with a beautiful walk in shower. I LOVE the window casing that they added to make the window stand out. They were professional and very nice. I'm very pleased with my new 5 Star walk in shower!

Working With Mr. David Adamson on our master bathroom remodel was a great experience. He walked us through several design ideas and made sure we understood all of the product options available before we started. He has great product knowledge and is very easy to talk to and work with. Communication was always prompt and appointments were always kept. I would recommend David to anyone considering a potential remodel. My wife and I are completely satisfied and know who to call for future projects.

I found 5 Star on the app Thumbtack. They were very responsive and got me on the schedule for a bid quickly. Kim was sent our way for the bid and was very friendly. He explained things well and was able to sit down and give up the bid right then. Kinsey in the office was very help as well. She was able to promptly answer the man questions I had and find answers if she wasn’t aware of the answer. We did not end up using them for our project because we decided to finish it ourselves but I very much appreciated their work ethic and responsiveness overall.

The salesperson, Tim, came to our house and was efficient and friendly to work with - he 100% knows what he's talking about and was so helpful! The people who did the remodeling, Jose and Francisco, were AMAZING! They clearly knew what they were doing and did it well and fast because our bathroom looks amazing in only 3 days. They also cleaned after ending their work each day which made living around the active construction area so much easier! 10/10 would go through this company again in the future.

I've been hesitant to write a review because I know they are just trying to make an honest living, but I've decided I don't want anyone to go through what I've gone through.
Furthermore, the positive reviews certainly come because the installation team makes you feel like you need to write one when they are done in order for them to get a bonus. I even wrote one when the did my bathroom which turned out fine but I had to do a lot of touching up and finish work myself after they were done. This time I had them replace my floor and remodel my kitchen. Kitchen looks good now but it took a LONG time to get it done. Floor-read on...
First, there is a huge disconnect between the designer and the installation/remodel crew. Upper cabinets weren't ordered, then the upper cabinet was finally ordered but without the doors, then the crown molding wasn't ordered. Then the crown molding was installed horribly! Donny did come back himself though and fixed it nicely. All in all they had to come back 3 times over the course of 5 months to get everything right.
Second, the installation crew (with the exception of maybe one or two) is not adequately trained. After we had them remove the tile backsplash in our kitchen 3 times we finally ended up just doing it ourselves. We also had them install engineered hardwood floors. I'm pretty sure they had never done that before. I kept pointing out all the dings and scratches along the way and was told "oh don't worry we'll just patch it when we're done". How about don't scratch in the first place? After a month, you could tell that they didn't let the boards acclimate enough because we started to see shrinkage and now their are gaps all over the place. After two attempts at trying to fix it -BUT MAKING THINGS WORSE!, I decided to give up. I asked Donny for some sort of financial compensation so I could ask another company to come and fix it 2 months ago and I've heard nothing.
We had a guest over last night (granted, not a very nice one) who commented on the floor and said it looked terrible! Great! I guess after paying $60.000 for a remodel and a year later we are stuck. Use another company if you want it done right!

Carson and Lazero are my GUYS! Lazero is truly talented and took a water damaged, badly patched ceiling and made it look brand new.
A Michelangelo. Carson is knowledgeable and helped us craft a kitchen that we are really enjoying. He expertly built a custom table around our island that is stunning and receives compliments whenever we have guests. Backsplash, cabinets, flooring all this and more they handled with aplomb. Others have noted here that there is a disconnect between design and implementation. I also felt this. But I worked with Donny and he was level headed and pragmatic in making sure that everything was implemented the way we had intended. Remodeling a huge kitchen/frontroom in an older house is never an easy task, but I will work with 5 star again, i'm pleased with my results. (it also helps if you feed them lunch! )

We recently had this company replace all our flooring and baseboards as well as do a complete kitchen renovation. Their work was impeccable and their team was amazing. Tim Wagaman was out sales consultant. Donny Hoopiiaina and Carson were out project managers. Ethan Hoffman was here every day working hard, always being pleasant and troubleshooting. I need to shout out everyone that worked on this huge project: Enrique, Breydan, Brandy, and Hugo. This company was wonderful to work with and we anticipate using them again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. From the moment we engaged with them the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tim, our salesman, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process. His patience and willingness to accommodate our changing plans, along with his multiple visits to our home set the tone for the outstanding service to come.

Donnie the project manager was phenomenal. He made multiple trips to our home to oversee the project's progress and ensure everything was done correctly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout.

The communication from their office was outstanding. They kept us informed at every stage, ensuring that we were never left in the dark about the project's status. This level of transparency and consistent updates greatly contributed to our peace of mind.

The entire team of installers and workers were not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful and kind. Their professionalism shone through, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

When it came time to settle the bill we were more than happy to do so. The final outcome surpassed our expectations, delivering precisely what we had envisioned, if not better.

I would not choose any other company to work with. It is so hard to find actually honest and clear contractors. If I had any problem whatsoever, I could come in and say I wanted something done differently and they would do it immediately. I love working with these guys and I’m sure anyone who works with them. Would love them too. They really deserve five stars and more!

This company is a damn joke. I called them to get a quote on a bathroom remodel and not once did they come looking to see what i wanted done. It was them informing me of what they were going to do and then selling me on the idea that it was what i wanted. Then to add insult yo injury they told me that theres so much i could do on my own to save money and they would just do the tub and shower at an exhorbant rate. I thought okay maybe i got one bad rep. Called to give a second chance and have some one else come out. That guy was a clone of the first and had the audacity to talk to me like i was his kid. Garbage company, garbage representatives, garbage service. Stay away.

I got two bathrooms very nicely done with another company at a fraction of the idiot pricing they gave me for one.

The company is easy to work with. They did the work on time. They answer the phone & call you with updates. That is very important during a remodel & I appreciated it! Minor problems with remodel were handled as quickly as they were able. The installers were all hard working and very nice. Willie (AKA Hercules) installed the ceiling height cabinets all by himself & added trim where the cabinets needed it. Donny, Seth, Carson, Jose, Juan & Audrey were my team!
Was a bit expensive, but worth it. My kitchen is now beautiful & functional. The granite island and countertops are gorgeous.

This is our second time working with 5 star to remodel a shower. The installers, Brady, Bredy and Hugo always showed up on time, were respectful of our home, and gave us the shower we wanted. I'm especially happy with the attention to the tile layout and lines. It makes such a difference in the finished product and both times 5 star has done this really well. I was a little lukewarm about the administrative experience this time around but overall I'm very happy with the outcome.

We are very pleased with our bathroom renovation. It is great to have a large shower in stead of our small shower. We are extremely happy with the men who did the renovation project. Alberto, Hugo, Jose and Lazaro were excellent, by answering questions about the project and respecting our home. These men were the best and we can not thank them enough for the work they performed. Ethan and Zach were also great in their leadership rolls and ensuring the work was up to our standards. Thank you again 5 Star and crew for our new master bathroom.

Tim was awesome, very efficient, professional and funny. He gave us great tips and direction to help us make the best choices to design our bathroom. They have lots of samples to look at but not overwhelming. We are very excited for our new bathroom!

We just had our bathroom fully remodeled by five star bath and kitchen . The craftsmanship is absolutely gorgeous. Jesus and Keaton did majority of our remodel, and they did such a great job. Carson and his assistant, who finished the shower install ,great job! The other side of the remodel as in the people that handle your paperwork,scheduling,touching base with you on what’s going on with work orders and timelines not a good experience. At first everything was great but once we got under contract lots of leaving you hanging, miscommunication, and at times we felt they were just telling us what we wanted to hear and not following through, just be honest and communicate. We loved our results, the artistry and craftsmanship however the communication end definitely could be better. Guys that did the remodel 5⭐️’s
