Excellent service both on the phone as well as in person. Very nice to work with regarding to scheduling my appointments. You rarely never have to wait weeks compared to some other businesses in the area for window cleaning.

BCS is quick, not intrusive to your schedule or space, and very affordable. This is the second year in a row I've used them, and I'll continue to use them in the future. Their quality is excellent.

I called trying to talk to Bill, the owner about an estimate, and was told he was not in and would be back the next business day. I left a message to the receptionist Amber for him to call back and he never calls. I called back in one week and was again told he was not in the office and left a message. I asked her did she give the message to Bill. She said she did and without offering further help. She was rude and not interested to get a new client. I feel very sorry for the owner and the company.

I live in a two-story apartment in an old (formerly one-family) house in Salt Lake's Avenues. Bill came by in advance to bid cleaning my exterior windows and, when he did the job, accomplished more than I expected at an extremely reasonable rate, climbing all over the roof in order to get to hard-to-reach windows before winter storms rolled in. I am extremely satisfied and hope to hire him and BCS again come spring.

They were efficient and price a very reasonable. I basement hadn't been cleaned in 4 years and when he was done it looked like I just got new carpet put in. I appreciate everything BCS did for the cleanliness of my carpets and couches.

Your men (2) were extremely professional, courteous and quick, expertly cleaning all of my 22 windows and screens, inside and out, in just a little over an hour! There was a lot of dirt buildup from a recent windstorm and I could hardly see out of the second floor windows; now they are crystal clear! We had to get ready for the 100 guests we invited to our home for a rehearsal dinner the next day. Bill Chow from BCS Cleaning Specialists was a SAINT. He not only cleaned all our windows and screens in and out, he cleaned the aluminum siding from BBQ smoke stains but went as far as power washing and whitening the brick that was beige which had turned black from all the smoke. He also pressure washed the brick wall between our house and the neighbor from mold.
Our house looked like new. We were now ready for our guests. I can never THANK Bill enough. Thank you sir...

Not only is BCS detail oriented they are time conscious. I had used another cleaning service and they were an hour late and took a half hour longer than I was quoted. BCS phoned me when they were 10 minutes away alerting me that they were on their way. I really appreciate their consideration of my time and scheduling. Did I mention that they also do an AMAZING job! Every window in my house sparkles! I will continue to use their services.

We have a long relationship with BCS; calling on them since 1990 when we moved into a home with lots of large, high windows.
