The only thing evident is that he did not not show up to our appointed time (which was made the evening before), he was not just a few minutes late but hours late,he did not finish the job, left screens off and failed to show up again after he said he would. I even waited over a week to see if he would show up. Odd? Overworked or under motivated to keep appointments.
Can you tell me the several times you have tried to reach me because I have not received a call nor an email from you ever aside from sorry that you got busy the last time we chatted about the windows not being done.

These guys are seriously the best! If you are looking for some guys that pay meticulous attention to the small details (respecting your house and working carefully, double checking every window to ensure their work, protective footwear in your home, etc), work quickly, and have great prices then these are your guys! We had a very large job with some very dirty windows including paint and mud from a recent remodel, and they didn't even flinch....they just went to work and left every window in the house sparkling clean inside and out. Cody went the extra mile cleaning my windows. He is meticulous and professional. His prices are a tad higher, but he goes the extra mile to do a better job than usual—so very worth.

Jacob has cleaned my windows now for a few years. He is very honest and dependable and does a thorough, great job. I have called him several times last minute, when I am having a big party and noticed that my windows are filthy and need to be cleaned prior to the party. He always works me into his schedule and accommodates me prior to the party and gets my windows cleaned. He is very good to show up on the day and the time that we have arranged. He cleans the windows thoroughly inside and out always putting the screens back on and locking the windows up afterwards. I can even trust him at times when I haven’t been home. His prices are very fair, and he does not overcharge for the work that he does. If you want an honest, dependable, thorough window cleaner, I do highly recommend Jacob as your window cleaner.
