At first Izak and crew worked out well, but they did not finish the job (palm rootball removal) as we had agreed. Once they were paid they were gone. Learn from our mistake and do not pay in full until you are satisfied that the job is done.

NOTE: This business seems to have moved from UT to FL. This review is for FL (Broward Cty).

UPDATE (03/18/2021): They did eventually come and make good on finishing the job.

Izak and his crew was awesome. He did everything I wanted and ask for. All the people that came was very friendly and nice. If you want someone who needs your trees cut or trimmed this is the guy to call. Given how every contractor you call, because its so busy, you're lucky if you get a call back. He cleans up really good after he is done. Leaves your yard spotless. Izak did not hesitate to earn my business and I though he was very competitive when it came to cost. I will be calling him again next spring!

Tim came out and gave me a free estimate to trim two trees and remove a few others. His crew arrived and was very good at communicating throughout the process. I had two very large maples trimmed and 5 trees removed. Tim's crew was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions about future tree care.

What a crew...we loved them all! On time, fair bid and their cleanup was fabulous. We loved watching them and the crew lead was so kind to tell us about his industry and what it takes to do what they do. I very seldom write reviews, but for this Company I had too! Thanks Tim.

Tim's Tree Care was reasonably priced so I went with them. If you are worried about a company being insured, or taking responsibility for damaging property, this is NOT a company for you.

I hope this review will serve as a warning to other potential costumers. The company damaged my neighbors deck by throwing large limbs onto their deck. I wasn't too worried because the owner, Tim Simmons, said that the company was insured prior to coming to my house. After asking the company to fix the deck before I pay Tims Tree Care, Tim literally yelled at me, calling me a liar. Since I knew I was telling the truth, I sent him photos of the damage that was obviously caused by this company and Tim still denied responsibility. Since then, he sent me an email that I will quote verbatim, "Your balance will accrue 18% interest after 30 days. and compounds monthly. After 90 days of none paymnent it will be sent to collections." If you are an English teacher, don't look too closely at how he wrote that. I'm not the best at spelling and punctuation either, but I think he wrote this off the top of his head considering the errors. The spelling and grammatical errors aren't the issue though. The issue is that Tim's company damaged property, denied responsibility even after showing evidence, didn't ask permission to throw branches and logs into my neighbors yard or deck, treated my neighbors and myself poorly, and then out of anger attempted to threatening me with interest and sending me to collections.

I would not try and damage this company's reputation. The owner of this company, Tim Simmons, has done this on his own. I am just letting others know about my experience.

Here is the end result. My neighbor wanted to sue his company, but I talked him out of it. I don't want to ruin this man's life over very bad customer service. In fact, my wife and I are paying him for the job he poorly completed. (This is not because of his empty threat of interest or collections. We actually have nothing in writing that connects us to anything at all.) Now, with my neighbors help, we are fixing his deck.

Will definitely use this service again! I called to have an estimate given on taking down a huge Chinese Elm, George came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and knew his business and was very friendly. The day of the removal the team arrived got right to work and quickly removed the whole tree except the stump and another piece we wanted. The only way we knew they had been here was some sawdust and the stump! Very efficient and clean! Well done guys!

Tim - your guys did an OUTSTANDING job yesterday- and a LONG, LONG day it was. It was my total pleasure to work with them, they took their time and thought it out but worked non-stop in rain and cold. The property looks REALLY, REALLY good and the cleanup was EXCELLENT. Tim's Trees came today and they did a super job trimming a very large tree in the front! They explained what the were going to do, completed the job in very satisfactory time and their clean-up was fantastic. I am more than happy with their effort!!

An absolutely amazing job. The difference in my backyard is night and day. So many trees growing out if control and they tamed the forest. I will highly recommend Tim's Tree Care for the extremely hard work they put in at a very fair price

I am very happy with Tim's Tree Care service. They came on schedule, removed the trees with precision and expertise -- no damage to fence or property and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome! I had a tree fall in my front yard after a wind storm. They were able to get to my house that same morning. Very professional and reasonable estimate. Even though they were booked out two weeks they still took time to help me clear the tree from the front of my garage! Would highly recommend

I very rarely submit reviews on Google. But I was so impressed with Tim and his tree service crew that I felt compelled describe my experience. Before we hired Tim's Tree Care for a moderate tree trimming job, Tim himself came out and gave a very thorough assessment of the state of our trees and then he recommended what we should trim. He did not try to up-sell, and I appreciated that. His bid was hundreds of dollars lower than two others we had. His crew arrived exactly when scheduled and got the job done despite the dwindling sunlight. I was impressed enough that I retained TTC for another job and have one planned for the spring. By the way, Tim is well-connected in the home services business, and he made two very useful recommendations (house painter and window glazing). I won't bother with getting new tree-trimming bids in the future. TTC has earned my trust.

Tim's Tree Care did an excellent job for us. We recommend them highly. The crew that did our job were true professionals and their work far exceeded our expectations.

BEWARE! Whatever you do don’t choose this company for your tree service needs. They began on Monday and I was told (by Tim the owner) the work would be completed by the end of the day. The work was not completed until Friday. Tim showed up at my house on Wednesday (2 days before work completed) demanding to be paid right then. I paid him. I also showed him where his team severed the wiring on landscape lights and damaged my box woods (bushes). He told me to submit a repair bill (for the lighting) and he would pay for it. I submitted the repair bill the following Thursday and he refused to pay it stating, “we did an extra hours worth of work for $200 so call it even.” As for the bushes he said his employee said it was already damaged and he refused to pay for them too. Cameras all around home show how bushes were damaged. Very dishonest and dismissive of me when I tried to state my case. They leave stumps too so if told they will be removed, don’t believe it. Would not recommend anyone to use this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Tim’s Tree Care has earned my business for life. I was experimenting yesterday with my Mavic Pro 2 drone’s auto-pilot function, and it flew itself into my neighbor’s maple tree, about 35 feet up. At 6 pm. And got itself thoroughly stuck.
After calling about ten different tree services and leaving messages explaining my issue, I gave up on the idea that I would be able to get my drone out of the tree before morning. I got two phone calls shortly after 9 am, Tim and another tree service. The other company said that it would probably be another two or three days and would cost $250. Tim said he could have one of his guys come over in a few hours and he would do it for substantially less than my other quote. George showed up around noon, and had my drone down in a jiffy. So while I can’t speak to their tree cutting abilities, their prices and professional service have made me a huge fan. Thanks Tim and George!

I was very pleased with their work. I had hired them to cut numerous dead branches from a very large tree. They were professional, they did exactly as we had discussed and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I highly recommend them.

I had Tim's Tree Care come remove 5 trees that were dead or dying and treat some other trees. They did a great job and even cut and stacked the trunks so we could use it for firewood. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I wasn't home when they finished but was pleased to find they hedged and shaped our shrubs for free. I would highly recommend using them to any one needing tree work or yard clean up done!

Excellent value and service. Tim's crew came out in the morning and took down our huge sycamore tree by day's end. They cut up and left the pieces exactly the way I requested so I could use them for firewood and camping. I was very impressed by the friendliness, cohesiveness, and professionalism of his crew. They had a relatively tight area to work in between the house and the power lines, but had no issues, and left the place clean and tidy. The big companies that advertise in all the mailers wanted twice as much and took forever to return my calls for a quote. I defiantly recommend Tim's company.

We had a huge cottonwood tree that needed to be removed. The space they had to work in was very restricted as the tree was close to both my house and a neighbors house. They were able to remove the tree with only very minor damage to our fence which they promptly repaired. The whole team was efficient, respectful and very clean. The price for removal of such a large and difficult to remove tree was excellent and significantly lower than other bids we received. I have been thoroughly impress through the entire experience and will definitely be using Tim and his team again. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have used Tim's Tree Since 2012. They have always been quick to respond and do amazing service. They come out to do tree removal and was in and out within 30 minutes and always provide a smile. I highly recommend this company for all your Tree service projects.
