Tim’s Tree Care definitely exceeded my expectations! What a professional company with a personal touch. The guys gave my 40ft cottonwood tree an outstanding trimming today, and when the job was over, they left my place looking immaculate! The trimmers listened to my concerns, answered every question, and provided valuable insight into the trimming process. Would I ever use Tim and his crew again? Most definitely!

Very pleased with this company! Tim came out, as he said he would, (unlike another company) and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Chris came out to do the job and as a certified arborist, knew what he was talking about and did a GREAT job! There ended up being some small damage to a birdbath but they made it right! I would highly recommend their services.

Our diseased plum tree was trimmed and treated. Wonderful result! We had them do additional trees. They came on time and left no mess. Very patient and professional. I highly recommend Tim’s Tree Care and plan to hire them again.

Just found Tim doing a random internet search. Great reviews and informative website. Prompt response. Came next day for quote. Spent a fair amount of time educating us on tree and shrub trimming. Very impressed. Tim is a self motivated local small business. His crew is just as knowledgeable as he is and very professional. We had one tree removed, 8 trees pruned, many shrubs cut back or shaped. Plus they removed all of the leaves. We will have them back in the spring and every fall. I will never rake another leaf again!! Our yard looks so much better because of them.

The true test of a business isn't how they what they when things go right, but what they do when things go wrong. Stuff happens all the time, mistakes are made, problems arise, but the mark of a great business is when they take care of you through every issue. Throughout the tree removal that I hired Tim's tree care for, they repaired a fence, came out to re-grind a stump because they missed a spot, and repaired a sprinkler line that broke due to the re-grind. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Support local business!! We just bought a house and wanted this giant of a tree gone from our backyard. Tim came out and gave us a quote and so much knowledge on how to save our pine in our front yard. His team came out today and removed our tree and I couldn’t be happier!! They were on time and freaky fast. They removed all of the mess you wouldn’t even know they were here. I would 100% recommend them for any service they offer. Thank you for transforming our backyard!!

We had Tim's Tree Care come out twice this summer and both times we were quite happy with their work. They were great to work with, hard workers, clean, and affordable. We were impressed with the work they did, as were our neighbors. We would definitely use them again.

Tim's crew removed a large dead pine tree from my back yard. They did an excellent job. They hardly let any branches or leaves stay on the ground for more than a few minutes before they cleaned them up. The raked everything and hauled all the material away. They left the yard cleaner than before they came. They were very careful of my wooden deck which was directly below the tree that was being removed and caused absolutely no damage. They were very efficient, professional, and pricing is reasonable. Overall, an excellent experience. I have had them back to remove ivy that had grown up another pine tree. Again, a good experience. I recommend them; best I've found.

Tim's Tree Care is AWESOME!! We have had him do several jobs in our HOA. Large tree trimming (trees over 40 feet tall). They did such a wonderful job trimming and cleaning up we had him removed a couple of trees, debug over 55 trees, and remove stumps. We will be calling him in the spring for tree shaping. His guys are professional, polite, and well trained. And Tim is professional and it shows that he loves what he does. Thanks for everything!!!

07/15/2019 - We had Tim's Tree Care back again to trim and shape our trees - THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you Tim, and thanks to your wonderful workers. Everything is beautiful! Other than the trees looking beautiful you wouldn't have even known anyone was out here. Your guys are quiet and professional and clean up after the job better than I've ever had any other vendor do. Thank you!!

I had a yard full of overgrown trees and one that was doing damage to my roof that needed to be cut down. I called Tim's Tree service based on the reviews and I am very pleased with the work they did! They came out in a timely manner, cleaned up everything, and their price was the most reasonable bid I received. I will definitely be using their service again!

Tim's tree crew did an awesome job for me. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and done in an unbelievable time. Cleaned up like they were never here. And the price was very reasonable..

This company came to trim my neighbor's trees. They dropped huge branches into my yard that I had just freshly landscaped (plants and fresh sod). I went over to my fence, and I asked them to stop dropping huge heavy tree branches into my yard because it was damaging my days-old sod, and tree branches were landing on my newly planted bushes and plants. Instead, the worker dismissed me entirely, ignored my questions, and refused to get the tree branches off my yard until I threatened to involve authorities. I don't care what kind of trimming work they do-- They need better communication skills and more respect for people just trying to explain why colossal tree branches cannot be dropped into their yard on freshly soaked sod. The workers utterly dismissed me, and I will never use this service.

Hi Tim. I am responding to you in my original review because I can’t figure out a way to reply. Your worker refused to come over and clean up the tree branches when I asked him to. In fact, he continued to ignore and dismiss any concerns that that I had about potential damage to my property until I threateed to involve authorities. He was out of the tree for probably close to 25 minutes before he even bothered to acknowledge me. Similarly, I asked him to give me your phone number so that I could give you a call. He also refused to do that. There was at least a 25 minute exchange that happened between us before he agreed to come over and get the huge tree branches off of my property. You also say that the worker said there was no damage to my property. In fact, there was damage to my property. He had left ginormous tree branches smashing my bushes that I literally just planted. It would’ve been nice if you would’ve come over and knocked on my front door so I could show you the damage that happened. You say that you tried to call and leave a voicemail but I can assure you that I have no missed calls from yesterday, or any voicemails from you. Also, I left a voice message at your business. I would have loved to have spoken to you on the phone so that I could express my frustration about the quality of the people that you choose to employ and the disrespect that they show people and their property. My questions are why is it not your company’s protocol to go over and discuss dropping things onto other peoples property or trespassing before you trespass? It took me a very long time to simply get an acknowledgment from your employee that I was talking to him. At the very least, your employees could do with some training on courteous communication, especially when they are the ones in the wrong. Feel free to give me a call again like you said you did. I would love to talk with you over the phone.

I had such an amazing experience with Tim’s tree care!! They were super professional, nice, and genuinely care about you and your opinion. They came and gave a really affordable estimate and we were able to book them the same week. I told them that I wasn’t able to be there on the day they came and they said I didn’t have to pay until Monday after I saw the results. They were so nice, I decided last minute that I wanted more trimmed and they accommodated! They came the same day I called and to my surprise were able to cut the extra pieces off! Honestly, such a good crew of people and I’m so glad I choose them to trim my trees! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is the second year we have used Tims Tree Service. We have been so pleased with the work they do. We had many large trees that they have removed. My neighbors love that they clean the debris from their yards as well as the street. Definetly will use them again next year.

I don't normally do reviews, however I do look at reviews when looking to hire. :( Tim's Tree Care was exceptional from start to finish. The crew arrived on schedule and were very polite. They did an amazing job of pruning a very large English Oak Tree. Wow what a difference. It looks amazing. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were even there. They did an amazing job. Will definitely go through Tim again. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks Tim and crew!

Tim came out & gave us a quote on trimming & also on removal of 2 trees. The crew was courteous, friendly and worked fast and efficiently to get the two trees down faster than expected. They did a great job on clean up and we will have them come back out later in the spring for stump removal and additional trees removed from our back yard. Great company and I highly recommend them!

Met with Tim, quote seemed okay, ultimately more than we had budgeted for, but I had no perspective on tree pruning before that quote. When I emailed back about our quote to let them know I would like to remove some trees from the list and to get the cost closer to our budget, I never heard back from them. Ghosted me. I followed back up with a another email, but again, nothing. I called once and went to voicemail, but didn't bother leaving a message. I moved onto another tree service, lots of others out there.

Tim's crew did a great job trimming dead wood and cleaning up a Spanish Maple in my backyard. The tree looks great, and they educated me about the tree and how to care for it. I was very happy with how well they cleaned up and communicated with myself and neighbors. I definitely recommend working with Tim's Tree Care.

I contacted Tim’s Tree service for some pruning. They came out the same day for a quote . They gave the best quote out of several companies and were able to get me in super quick. The day of the appointment they came when expected and did an incredible job. The tree looks amazing and they cleaned up the entire area after they were done. I will definitely use them again.
