Tellie and Ridic serviced my AC today and were very knowledgeable. Especially because I’ve been having some issues with my home not cooling. I really appreciate all the different solutions and things to look out for.

I also did have Daniel come do my water heater last year and I can say that your customer service is always top notch. And do alway feel like you can be trusted. Thank you!

*update on new furnace installed* Roberto Clemente has provided excellent HVAC service every time he’s come out. He’s always professional, thorough, and takes time to explain what’s going on. Most recently, he discovered that the thermostat supplied by the company was malfunctioning and quickly identified and resolved the issue.

I’ve been really happy with Roberto’s work and attention to detail. My only ongoing concern is with how my furnace was originally installed — the ductwork runs extremely close to my neighbor’s water heater, which causes a loud banging noise when the furnace shuts off. While this isn’t Roberto’s fault, I wanted to mention it since it continues to be an annoyance related to the original setup.

Overall, I highly recommend Roberto for his outstanding service and expertise. He’s a reliable professional who goes above and beyond to make sure everything works properly.

Wow what a wonderful experience Mike went above and beyond with my furnace. He noticed a leak in the flu while he was here on a maintenance and wouldn't you believe he treat me like family thanks to him my furnace is now clean and safe and he upgraded my filtration and wow how amazing it is I would recommend Mikeand Barlow service experts to anyone Thanks again mike

Harry came to check our furnace and hot water heater to prepare for winter. He was very thorough and found a problem others had missed and we were glad to get that finally resolved. Harry was very friendly. He took a considerable amount of time educating us on our furnace, hot water heater, humidifier, and AC unit and thermostat. He answered all of our many questions. We appreciated learning how to better use our equipment. We will ask for him again.

My family has used Barlow Service Experts for most of our home HVAC maintenance and repair since 2016, and our experience has been positive — good work, clear explanation, attention to detail have all been appreciated.

Harry evaluated our furnace today for issues with its blower motor, and after a thorough look, had clear explanations around the issue and recommended remedy.

Earlier this year, we had Roberto and Taylor out for maintenance and a frozen/dirty coil cleaning, respectively. In 2016 at a previous house, Service Experts replaced an old furnace damaged by electrical fire. They have a clear process around documenting work and keeping records over time, which is reassuring. Everyone we have interacted with in these times has been straightforward and easy to work with, and we have appreciated knowing that if we have issues we’re not sweating too much over logistics of keeping things running.

The costs and annoyances of HVAC wear and maintenance is sort of one of those necessary annoyances of home ownership (stuff that moves is stuff that can break). We have had good experiences and bad experiences with contractors fixing our heating/cooling — all our experiences with Barlow Service Experts have been positive (high quality work and process, acceptable pricing).

Harold Biswell visited our home yesterday to do our annual furnace inspection and maintenance. He was very professional and offered many great tips. He is definitely the best service professional we have had over the last 10 years.

Taylor came by to take a look at my (very old, but living) furnace that had stopped working. He immediately found the issue but stayed to make sure the rest of the furnace looked alright. He walked us through everything he was doing, how the system work and his personal recommendations. I was really impressed by his knowledge and felt like he really cared and wanted to take care of us. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any issues, work or replacements!

Caleb was our plumber when we needed help, and he arrived within the hour. He handled a job I honestly didn’t think could be done and saved us a huge amount of time, money, and stress. He was professional, extremely thorough, and did an excellent job from start to finish. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable plumber.

I had a Furnace and air conditioner replaced and Daniel and Gio did an excellent job. They solved problems and Daniel put back everything he had to move in the exact place and cleaned up everything. Both Daniel and Gio were respectful and answered every question. I would diffidently use them again and Highly recommend Barlow’s

Harry was exceptionally good at explaining things to me. He answered my questions. He was very pleasant and professional. I hesitated having your service come out again but I am so glad I did.

I have a tankless water heater that is not working. Barlow was very responsive about sending a plumber on Sunday afternoon. Then they sent out Calob out on Monday to finish the job. It ended up that parts needed to be ordered. Calob worked really hard to get me hot water. He was able to get the water heater to work intermittently until the parts came in. The day the parts came in Calob came out that afternoon. The parts didn’t take care of the problem. He called the water heater company and found out that most of the parts in the water heater were on recalls. I was very impressed with Calob with the responsiveness of Barlow and Calob. Calob is very knowledgeable and has worked extremely hard at trying to not leave me stranded without hot water. I would highly recommend Barlow company and especially Calob.

Technician Harry came out tonight to fix a leaky humidifier. When I made the appt they said it wouldnt be until next day, so Im very grateful he came tonight. He was very thorough in his work and actually showed me as well as explained what the problem was and why the humidifier was leaking. For someone to actually take the time to explain to me what the problem is and what they were doing to fix it is going to be HIGHLY recommended in my book any day! I have a “need to know whats going on brain”!
Hes very personable, knows what hes doing, and also cares about the people he visits making sure they get the best service ever! I’ll definitely be requesting Harry again!

Michael did a wonderful job with repairing our furnace. He was so polite and professional! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for helping us stay warm on these cold winter nights.

Taylor V did a great job on the service and in his explanation of the work performed, the parts replaced and his diligence in work practices. He was polite, clean and friendly. Good technician, good attitude toward his job and responsibility to me as the paying customer.

Mike was absolutely wonderful! He came out to check our heating system and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and even though there was some not-so-great news about the state of our system, he delivered it in such a friendly and reassuring way. You can really tell Mike loves what he does and genuinely cares about helping people. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt taken care of. We truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and the excellent service he provided!

Taylor was just at my home servicing my furnaces. He was very conscious of my home and very knowledgeable about my heating system. He made the recommendation to add surge protectors to both furnaces, but wasn’t pushy about it.

Barlow is not the least expensive HVAC contractor, but their customer service and professionalism makes it worth the additional cost.

Chris and Danielle came and did a fantastic job with the maintenance on our furnaces. It’s nice to see a company that is honest and doesn’t try to sell you things through their free maintenance if nothing is wrong with the units. Highly recommend Barlow!

Taylor and Dave did excellent work at my home! Taylor has come out twice and is always very thorough in explaining all work done. They were both efficient and addressed our filter changes and some other maintenance concerns. I also want to shout out the Advantage Program. That is money well spent for peace of mind with our ac and furnace system.

Conor was incredible! On time… up front… honest… and forthcoming with all items needing attention with replacing our water heater.

Our old house added a couple unforeseen issues, and he patiently even took care of some extra work dealing with them, without adding it to the cost. Wow!!! You don’t see that much in the world today! I recommend Barlow Service Experts to anyone reading this review!

Danielle and Harry were very polite and gave me a lot of information in an understandable form. They could tell me they also use the furnace or products they recommended. They seemed caring. Harry reassured me that they could get things figured out and “make it right”. Well, Daniel’s said that, too! They are EXCELLENT representatives of the Barlow company!
