These guys are fast, efficient, and friendly. They found the leaks and clearly communicated with me on what needed to be done. Fair and honest prices, no BS games. I would recommend Brandon & Kris to anyone.

Let me preface that I contract with contractors all day throughout the valley. I’ve done a few jobs with them and I’m nothing short of impressed. They are easily my number one plumbing service right now and working with Darby in the office is always pleasant and DJ took care of my many needs of the last call! Love the price and ease, 5/5 for sure!

Brandon and his crew are exceptional. I have been beyond thankful for the manner in which Brandon runs his business. He is communicative, detail oriented, respectful, and responsive. He came out immediately to check out our pool issues and was patient as we decided which direction we wanted to go with our repairs. Once we decided he was quick to respond and completed our job from detection to repair which included finding the pool leak, installing new equipment and completing concrete work within 1 week. His concrete and repair staff Felipe and Danny were also exceptional with the same level of customer service that Brandon provides. I would and already have recommend Brandon and his team for any type of service, there is not a company that I reached out to that compared to Brandon's level of customer focused service.

Brandon came out and quickly determined that the leak the city said was in my main line wasn’t in my main line. He traced it to a slow leak to my master bath toilet. He was only here for 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service call. I will definitely be using leak locate if I have any problems in the future.

We had ground water coming into our basement. Utah leak locate came out within the hour and found out what was going on. They were very thorough and found where the water was coming from. Within a few days (after the rain) they had my water issue resolved. My lawn was torn up with them putting in a French drain. Once they finished with my french drain my yard looked like they were never even there.

I had suspected water loss somewhere in my piping system from my swimming pool but I had no way of knowing where it came from. I reached out to Utah Leak and from the beginning Brandon was very easy to work with. He was prompt in his visit and assessment of where the issue was coming from. Once they formed a plan, Felipe and his crew were able to locate the issue underground and perform the fix in a timely manner. These guys all were super knowledgeable with plumbing related issues but also did an excellent job on reinstalling my fresh concrete. Super pleased with my experience and would strongly recommend them!

This is an amazing company. My mother had a main water leak for the second time in 2 years. The previous company did a hack job and caused the leak (of course they only had 1 yr warranty). This company went out of their way to help my mother get her line fixed and fix all the past mistakes of another company. They employees that showed up were super kind and caring. A++ company for sure, would highly recommend. Kindness maters.

Ben responded to a emergency immediately for me after another plumbing company cancelled my appointment. He kind and fast working to resolve a old stuck valve. He quickly determined a solution to my problem even with old pipes he was able to replace my valve with a ball valve. Especially impressive considering the small space he had to work with. I would highly recommend Ben. It's hard to find genuine people these days in any field especially plumbing. Thank you again Ben. 😊

I'm glad I contacted T&S! Very responsive contacted me a couple of minutes later came to check the heater 30 mins later even though it was dark . Gave a great quote beating others and came to replace the next day in the morning! Friendly, professional. Overall very good!

Leak in our water line, unknown where. Had a couple bids, first guy told us 10k and he'd have to dig up the whole yard and part of the house to replace the "very old" line. Ben came out and actually showed us the pipe, which was new, showed us where there was excess water and where he believed the leak was. Came out early morning the next day, dug up a 2'x3' area of our parkstrip and fixed the leak. Very professional, kind, trustworthy. Will definitely call again.

Ben was great. Took my call Saturday morning and was at my house as promised in an hour. Even texting me when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and had it fixed promptly. And my teenager who was sleeping in the basement did not even wake up! Will use again and would recommend. Very nice man also.

Ben was not very professional and did an unfinished job installing the new water heater. The installation was not even up to code, and we found this out from a very professional plumber. Ben didn't even clean up the mess that he made. I would not recommend him!

I needed to replace my water heater and the plumbing company I called first quoted me an extremely high and depressing number. I immediately hopped on angi's list and sent out a request for additional bids. Ben called me within 5 minutes and was at our home less than 45 minutes later. He charged $1,500 less than the first company's quote! And was courteous, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after - would go with him again!

Ben called right away and he was on site w/in 30 min. Provided great price, had unit in his van and started working right away. He was nice and detailed and installed the water heater in no time. Great service at great price. Would use him again for any plumbing issues. Recomended by Angie as well.

My water heater broke. Ben offered the lowest price to replace it and showed up on the same day and completed the job. I felt very lucky to find him. Good plumber who is very trust worthy, friendly, never tries to upsell and but tries to save you money and takes good care of you. A good and reasonable man.
