I was very grateful for the quick response when our drain clogged up. I had pulled our toilet only to discover that I needed to bring in the big guns. Adrian was to our house within 1.5 hours of when I called for service! He was very polite, friendly and conscientious. I would love to have him as a neighbor. He was thorough and fast. He even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely choose Roto-Rooter (and Adrian) again.

Benny was Amazing! He was professional, efficient, kind, and considerate. He took time to share his knowledge and provided an excellent service! Would definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs!

Benny came out and snaked our kitchen sink and laundry floor drain at 10pm and he was awesome. He was so helpful and had a great attitude.

A plumber arrived within 2 hours of calling, even though it was late in the evening. The plumber (Eddie) was courteous and upfront about cost and time needed. I didn’t end up having them fix the issue at that time but I would use them for future plumbing emergencies.

Our technician Edward was every prompt in getting to our home and even text and called us with arrival updates. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Edward was able to troubleshoot our issues and fixed it within minutes. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and can't thank him enough!

Benny (with the hat) just finished up clearing out our clogged pipes and saved us. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and was understanding of our situation. I hope my pipes don't clog again, but if they do I know who I'm calling.

Our technician Adrian was awesome. He was very fast and our pipes flowing again.

Called and had the expert help within the hour. Our technician Matthew was professional, kind and efficient. He quickly identified, explained and resolved the problems. He was also very kind to our very energetic dog. We will be sure to use their services again.

Benny showed up when we needed him, was super professional/effective & efficient. He communicated everything that he was doing and why and took care of the issues we were having while being as unobtrusive and gracious as possible (…no small feat when one’s head is under the kitchen sink and they’re mucking through questionably foul substances from the piped bowls of an old house)

Our technician was amazing! I made the call at 10:55pm and he arrived on time within the scheduled hour. He was professional and very knowledgeable explaining the process and even giving us recommendations to prevent our drain problems in the future. I also loved how fast and simple Roto-Rooter was at scheduling my late night emergency service! I would definitely recommend.

Zack was awesome came in and helped figure out was wrong and gave a quick solution, very personable and was in and out, no mess either which is a plus

I do not recommend this company. I will never use them again! They showed up 2.5 hours late, charged me $170 just to tell me what I already knew (and already told them) was wrong and tell me they couldn’t fix it.

Great experience! Very easy to schedule, came within two hours on a Monday morning and very professional! Highly recommend!

Yairo was very helpful and his work was of the highest quality. I would highly recommend.

They were quick to respond. However. The gentleman that came was not prepared and new to the plumbing Buisness. He had to go to the supply store multiple times. And came without a ladder to get to the pipes in the ceiling. The job wasn’t completed professionally. See pic. Sticking out 2” off wall. The tech was under qualified and said the company doesn’t solder copper. It took him all day. 7 hrs. And seemed to be over priced. Wouldn’t use them again.

Called on Saturday night. At first they told us they could get here in 2 hours, then they said 8 am the next morning. Actually, they got to uor house at 9, not 8. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes, charged us 500$. WAAAAYYY too much money for not even removing the toilet (my husband already had it off).
Someone called right after they left and said the sewer scope guy is in your area, he can come now, do we want him to come now? Yes, he is on route right now. Here we are, more than an hour later, no one. Apparently, "in the area and on route right now" are very different for this company then what I would tell someone. And, this was Sunday morning, no traffic.

Benny was amazing!! I had no clue what was going on with my septic tank and he came and fixed it! He was able to educate me about what was happening and how to prevent it! I don’t know much about septic tanks, but he was great to walk through everything! Great service! I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!

Elijah came to my home and took care of our drain issue. Not only was he efficient, but he took the time to explain everything to me, and gave us tips moving forward to prevent future issues. I'll definitely keep using roto-rooter as long as people like Elijah come to the rescue!
