I have been very impressed with all pro services. I wanted to give a shout out to Jeff who did a stellar job with replacing the baseboards in our kitchen. He made them look brand new! His attention to detail is incredible!

They did a good job and completed the work by the deadline we set for them. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they accidently broke a glass wall decoration when they started hammering.

Also, I wished they would have used plastic covers with zippered entrance tapped to the walls to help reduce the dust. I know they used tools that were connected to a vacuum, but there was still some of that very fine drywall dust that still got out that we had to clean up.

But I would still use them again if needed or refer them.

Kenneth did a great job. He was timely, through and did the repair so it looks brand new.

Ross Johns came to our home yesterday to clean our ducts. He was incredibly patient, polite, efficient and honest. I appreciate having someone of this caliber in my home. Wonderful service, and wonderfully kind and patient man! Highly recommend All Pro Services.

Lincoln and Rudy we're awesome! They we're on time, professional and polite. They didn't solicit this review. They fixed my dryer vent which had come apart inside from me using a cleaning kit. It got tangled inside the floor with electrical wires. They cleaned out the space, removed the brush from the cleaning kit and repaired the vent. Would highly recommend!

Kenny came over to do a drywall repair and he was AWESOME! He called prior to arriving, which is super polite and did an amazing and professional job. All Pro should be proud to have him onboard! He represents the company extremely well! Thanks so much Kenny!

We've been working with AllPro for 5 months currently, this review is specifically for SPENCER D. for the ceilings he sheet rocked, textured and painted. He always called on his way, was polite, protected furniture, wood floors, and valuables. His artistic touch matched both room textures perfectly. The paint match was flawless. And he was pleasant to have in our home. Thank you Spencer, we appreciate you very much!!

When my family room and basement flooded, All Pro was recommended to me for clean-up. They sent people out right away to start drying things out. They worked hard and stayed past midnight to make sure everything was done right. I stuck with All Pro for restoration and carpet replacement. It was so nice to have one point person to go to, Whitney, who was amazing to work with. She handled communication with the insurance company and booked contractors for me. All the contractors working with All Pro were professional, on time, and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with a similar situation!

Sheena & Kenny did a wonderful job with drywall and plaster repairs in multiple locations in our home. They were kind, detail-oriented, and efficient. During the entirety of their work, they were meticulous about dust mitigation. When the work was completed, I couldn’t remember exactly where some of the damage was located because it was repaired so well!

Lincoln and Abe are such great gentlemen and salesman. I’m not sure if I’ll go with them but they were kind and helpful.

All Pro Services did an absolutely wonderful job with repairs needed after some electrical work was recently done to my house . They did a very good job of keeping us informed throughout the estimation and scheduling portions of the job, and Sheena showed up right on time as promised. Sheena then did a phenomenal job with getting the drywall repaired in a somewhat tricky spot, and then did a stellar job with painting in order to ensure that no damage was visible. Thanks Sheena and thanks All Pro Services!

Sheena was great! It was fun to have her hang out and fix my living room ceiling! Her work is high quality and the design is more beautiful and elegant now than it was before the water damage!

All Pro was great. They communicated everything clearly. The contractor showed up right on time. He was courteous and friendly, and did a great job!

We had a flood from our primary bathroom (which is directly over our stair case from the main floor to the second floor) in July. All Pro was there the next day for the mitigation, water removal, cleanup, etc. After dealing (for MONTHS) with our insurance company we finally got the go ahead for All Pro to start the restoration. The end product is so beautiful and more than we could have hoped for. All Pro was always working so hard to keep us updated and in the loop, their subcontractors did an amazing job and even went above and beyond anything we were expecting. We hope to not need to use All Pro again (please no more floods!), but if something were to happen they would be the first people we would call! (the first two photos are right after they tore out everything that needed to be replaced, the last is the finished product).

It was a long process , however the folks working it all did an amazing job.Shout out to Kenney, Sheena, Jesse, Ulysses and Jesus. Kept me informed. Kicked ass. Call them. :)

Sheena so awesome, she did a wonderful job on my demolished bathroom!!! Cant even tell their was a big hole in my living room. Very sweet to my rambunctious son! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great company to work with

I had my air ducts professionally cleaned by AllPro today and I was very impressed with the technician Lincoln, he told me and showed me everything that he would be doing and how the process will go. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and very respectful, I will use them again in the future.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned after a full clog that ruined our old dryer so we had to get a new one. We had another company come out who wasn’t able to get it done due to our roof being too high to access. They tried to do it from the inside with no success. I called 4 more companies who couldn’t do it for the same reason, and was recommended All Pro by 2 of the largest companies in the state who do dryer duct cleaning. All Pro came out with a camera to check on it, and cleaned it from the inside, as well as fixed the feet on our new dryer that were damaged during delivery. Our new dryer works now, and I’m no longer scared of a fire starting because of a lint clog. Lincoln (our service tech) was great and very professional, he showed me the vent on the camera when they were done and it was a night and day difference (he even wore shoe booties the entire time, no other service tech with other companies has ever offered to do that). They also had a manager come out during service to make sure everything was good. I would recommend the company to anyone, and will be scheduling annual vent cleanings with them from now on.

All Pro Services came highly recommended to us when he had damage from a burst pipe in our basement. I can see why they were rated so high! They were fast, friendly, and did quality work. Jeff and Sheena were the team that came to do our repairs. They were so pleasant and cared about every detail being just right. They also were extremely tidy. The results are great! You can't even tell that we had damage. I definitely recommend.

Do not recommend. They came quickly and ripped up our house & since then it’s been very difficult to get calls returned or action taken to repair things. We are the ones having to call in & 3x have been told the guy who schedules is out of the building & will call us back. He never does. The secretaries are kind & listen but getting the people over getting our house back to normal has been a very frustrating experience. We’ve worked with a few other disaster companies & they were in & out within 4 days (total days…they came on weekends to ensure our house was back to normal) from the initial problem being reported, to tear out, to getting everything back to normal. We’ve only used All Pro for this current situation because the company at fault for damages recommended them & now that we’ve had this ordeal carrying into a 3rd week has been disappointing and feel it necessary to make others aware. Unfortunately our calls go unreturned & we find ourselves put on back burners. It should not take a negative review to get companies to make things right or return calls.

Update: We got called on Tuesday (Nov 4) & they said they’ll come out Monday thru Wednesday next week (Nov 10-12) to do the repairs. 4 weeks between ripping up our house to fixing it. & still no call from the owner or anyone who could make this right.

Update: The problem persists. The carpet smells like a wet dog & has since they came. The manager says they’d clean it again but our faith in them is very low. Whitney has now taken a very rude, inappropriate tone with us. This is OUR house and they’ve taken little ownership to make this right. It’s extremely disappointing to get so little help. And they’re the ones who’ve made a bad problem worse.
