Got a quote for gutter cleaning. They said they would arrive on Tuesday and would call if something came up. No calls. I called the following day and got their service who said they would pass on the message. Still no call back. It’s now Thursday and not a word. Guess I will try someone else.

I had new rain gutters with topper guards. The work crew was on time and very professional. They explained everything they did and addressed a few problems they found. They did a beautiful job and my house looks amazing. The prices were fair in my opinion. I would highly recommend them.

This company ghosted me twice.

The man who came out to do the estimate was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable, so I decided to book with them. On the scheduled day, I was stuck waiting. When 30 minutes had gone by, I called them, and the guy I spoke with sounded super apologetic and said their contractor had called off so they weren’t coming today. It was a little odd that I had to call them to figure out this information, but stuff happens.
The rescheduled day has come and gone and I haven’t heard anything from LG. It’s disappointing because I had been looking forward to getting this done with, and now I have to start over with someone else.

I understand that plans change, but it’s pretty inconsiderate to not call your customers and to just not show up. Twice.
