I live in a two-story apartment in an old (formerly one-family) house in Salt Lake's Avenues. Bill came by in advance to bid cleaning my exterior windows and, when he did the job, accomplished more than I expected at an extremely reasonable rate, climbing all over the roof in order to get to hard-to-reach windows before winter storms rolled in. I am extremely satisfied and hope to hire him and BCS again come spring.

They were efficient and price a very reasonable. I basement hadn't been cleaned in 4 years and when he was done it looked like I just got new carpet put in. I appreciate everything BCS did for the cleanliness of my carpets and couches.

Your men (2) were extremely professional, courteous and quick, expertly cleaning all of my 22 windows and screens, inside and out, in just a little over an hour! There was a lot of dirt buildup from a recent windstorm and I could hardly see out of the second floor windows; now they are crystal clear! I was very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use your service again. Actually, this is the second time I have used you, so am a satisfied repeat customer.

This is the best carpet cleaning and window washing company I have ever used. Everyone is so polite and they get the job done. The comparison is night and day. By far superior than any company in SLC. And I have used a lot of them.

BCS cleaning came today at 9 am, spent many hours working hard, and left us with a wonderful, clean carpet in the whole house. We are thankful. Great company!

Our technician arrived right on time to clean our windows. Jamison was pleasant, personable and professional, finished in a timely manner with no down time, and did a fantastic job (far better than other cleaning services we have used in the past). We hope he comes back again for the next clean 'em up. Joan and John

This is the second time we have used BCS. They are professional and do a great job. They were also very fast. Everything smells great, and we are happy with their work! We would recommend them for sure!

I have used BCS several times to clean my carpets and I’m always very pleased! They’re prompt, polite and my carpets look great! I will continue using BCS!

We have used BCS several times and have been very happy with their level of attention to detail. One time we had a small issue and they were very responsive and came back within a few days to get everything taken care of. We have tried other companies in the past, but none have done as good of a job as BCS.

We had to get ready for the 100 guests we invited to our home for a rehearsal dinner the next day. Bill Chow from BCS Cleaning Specialists was a SAINT. He not only cleaned all our windows and screens in and out, he cleaned the aluminum siding from BBQ smoke stains but went as far as power washing and whitening the brick that was beige which had turned black from all the smoke. He also pressure washed the brick wall between our house and the neighbor from mold.
Our house looked like new. We were now ready for our guests. I can never THANK Bill enough. Thank you sir...

Not only is BCS detail oriented they are time conscious. I had used another cleaning service and they were an hour late and took a half hour longer than I was quoted. BCS phoned me when they were 10 minutes away alerting me that they were on their way. I really appreciate their consideration of my time and scheduling. Did I mention that they also do an AMAZING job! Every window in my house sparkles! I will continue to use their services.

We have a long relationship with BCS; calling on them since 1990 when we moved into a home with lots of large, high windows. We moved again in 2013 and continue to depend on BCS for any cleaning need; windows, carpets, and woodwork. We trust them and find the staff friendly, thorough, timely, and fair.

I have used BCS since moving to Utah. They have been professional and have taken care of everything asked. Highly Recommend!!! I have used for standard carpet cleaning, and spot treatment for pet stains and urine. Also upholstery. Great Job!

BCS did a great job cleaning our windows and went the extra effort to get the stain overspray off the windows at a little extra cost that was well worth it. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

BCS Cleaning is the very BEST. Our windows have stayed clean longer than most window cleaners. They are so friendly to work with. I use them every year

BCS Cleaning Specialists have kept our windows and screens clean for over the past ten years. I have never considered using anyone else. Thanks, BCS, for your good work and reasonable prices.

This company would not honor a bid given to me to clean my windows. His friend (who has another window cleaning service) gave us a high bid and when we refused it, BCS refused to honor their bid because the two company owners are friends. The BCS owner didn’t even have the guts to tell me, he had his secretary call. New name suggestion, drop the the C and go with BS cleaning specialists.

Last year Bill of BCS did an excellent job of cleaning the very dirty windows of my 3-story 100-year-old Victorian house when we were getting ready to put it on the market. I'm convinced that the remarkably clear windows increased the house's curb-appeal, and showcased the views from the inside -- a dramatic change from how things were before and a factor in the home selling quickly. He showed up on time, was careful and efficient, and was friendly to boot. Last week Bill worked the same magic on the filthy windows of my new (very old) house. He was careful with the original leaded glass and the results are stunning. I've found BCS to be reliable, affordable, and effective, and will most-certainly use them again. -t

I have been using BCS for window cleaning as well as carpet cleaning for almost ten years now and they are wonderful. They are very professional and their client's satisfaction is of utmost importance.More importantly, if you are allowing somebody to come into your house you want to make sure they are as honest and respectful as the BCS employees.

Thank you BCS!
