Reviews of local pros in Midvale, Utah

Never had the service. But one of your drivers on Friday on 4500 s at 9:30pm almost ran into me. Crazy angry driving. ...this is unacceptable.

Out of the three different quotes I got these guys seemed most honest and reasonable price. They did great work and their customer service was quick to respond. I'm very happy with them

Driver cut across 3 lanes and into the HOV (across the double white) and cut us off. In a van.

Great service. Very thorough. I like how they took before and after pictures so I could see what was cleaned and checked.

Best price and service. After 3 quotes, 1st American was the best price, least pushy, and they also didn’t try to upsell me (like other companies) on a water heater with additions that would have been useless to me. Just straightforward facts. Blake and Baelor did excellent work and our new tankless water heater works and looks wonderful. They even fixed my HVAC issues at the same time. I also like that they don’t try to sell me on a monthly program that I don’t need.

Tyrel was able to quickly diagnose my central air conditioning system and repaired at a reasonable price. He arrived within the arranged time. 1st American Plumbing is a professional company.

1st American plumbing is fantastic. I have used them for several projects at my home. They have clean cut, well trained technicians. These guys are respectful of our property, very thorough in their trades, and are people of integrity. I would highly recommend them to you for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

They have done a lot of work for me, water heater, stop and waste in two locations, gas line to my dryer, they do great work, they have high tech appointment software that shows you where they are when they are coming, and email video and pictures of the job when done. They are very kind and wear long shirts so never have plumber crack :)

Amazing!!! I had an emergency, water spraying everywhere out of our water heater. I called my plumber, Valley Plumbing, to come out and help. My plumber advertised they were 24 hours a day, but when I called at 6:02pm the person told me they closed at 6pm and they only took appointments 24 hours a day and would not send anyone until the next day! False advertising! At this point water was running down the walls. I called two more plumbers who advertised 24 hours and got the same answer, they would come out the next day. But then I was lucky to call 1st American Plumbing and heating and they are actually a 24 hour service! Thank goodness! The individual on the phone took my information quickly and also help me with some actions I could take until the plumber arrived. He arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work. He fixed the leak/pipe and left around 10pm. He was very professional and took time to explain everything that needed to be done to address the problem. He also explained why we had the leak in the first place. I will call 1st American Plumbing and heating, in the future, for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Called out in the middle of the night, was quick, clean and good to work with, despite the late hrs

I was very impressed with the technician and the service I received. I was referred to this company and it's clear to me why. Honest, reliable and competent service.

Jon helped us replace three very old toilets with nice new ones. He was punctual, professional, friendly, a pleasure to work with as always. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using these guys for years, and have always been very satisfied with the results. My water heater wasn’t working properly. They were able to come out first thing in the morning. Tyrell was on time and assessed the issue. He was able to get the necessary part quickly and resolved the issue. I’ve had other plumbers leave a mess when they were finished, but A1 is respectful of your space. I would recommend these guys for sure. Thanks Tyrell!

Trellis & Baeler were awesome! Quick fix of a pipe that flooded the basement and they were early (after communicating via text and a phone call to see if they could come early), solved the problem, took excellent care of us. I will absolutely use them again!

We called many companies to obtain a quote to fix a gas leak in the pilot tube leading to the water heater. 1st American Plumbing was honest, easy to work with, and willing to come after hours to fix the leak. Their price was also better than other companies. I plan on recommending this company to family and friends!

What a great company! Nichole was so great. She got me scheduled right away. Jon was a fantastic technician. I would highly recommend this company.

First American Plumbing came to our home to service some slow drain issues. They were timely, professional and fairly priced. Would recommend them anytime!

We had an urgent need for AC repair during the hottest day of the year, and these folks delivered quickly and for a good price. Will certainly recommend them! Jon was also very friendly.

Called at 1:00 pm 2 days before Christmas and they were able to get Brady to my home to fix a clogged drain by 2:00 pm. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and quality work at a very reasonable price. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Super impressed with this company. Had to schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday and communication was great with Nicole. Our technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our leak issue. Follow up was great too, and was able to request Blake on that visit. Great explanation of what our issues and options were, excellent customer service! Will be our go to plumber from now on.

I contacted 1st American at 10:30pm on a Saturday due to my HVAC going out. Matt showed up within 20 minutes and got us taken care of. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
