We recently had a problem replacing our kitchen faucet due to the confined space in the kitchen cabinet as well as a leaking supply valve that was leaking into the basement. Jon was able to come out quickly to install the faucet and replace the leaking supply valve. I appreciated his quick response and he did a great job!

Our water heater starter leaking buckets of water in the middle of the night…they fit is right in the next day and got our water heater replaced under manufacture warrenty and were super great to work with. Baeler was nice, professional, and gave us all our options right away. Love American first plumbing they are great!

We had a Yo-Yo stuck down in our Toilet that we could not get out the was deep in the trap and prevented any flushing. Tyrell came to our house and did a fast amazing job. We thought we were going to have to remove the toilet to get it. He was able to get it with an auger. I also asked him how much it would be to tighten one of our faucets and he just took care of it for us. Great service! Would highly recommend them. Really liked their text they sound out before the appointment too! They send info and a picture of the tech coming and a gps tracker with estimated time of arrival. Will be using them again for sure.

We had our water heater leak a couple of days before Christmas, and 1st American Plumbing, Heating & Air managed to fit us in and replace our unit and get our hot water back up and running. We have had numerous experiences with this company over the years, all very positive! Everyone is very friendly, professional and does top notch work. 1st American is highly recommended!

This company and its people are one of the best I have encountered. We had a small leak coming across in the basement and Tyrell from 1st American came in and exactly pin pointed the issue and gave us a quote with exact explanation of what was to be involved in fixing it. They also managed to squeeze us in the very next day when we found that the leak was getting worse. Tyrell , Brent and Baylor got here on time and managed to get the whole dig done , get the leak fixed and also back full of the 7-8 ft hole they had to dig up. They were really good and I am happy we engaged them.

Fixed two sinks and a drain for us today. Great work. I have been using 1st American for many years. See my other review about the Bradford white water heater. Two years in and it's running flawlessly.

Tyrel, Blake, and Baeler did an awesome job. Water heater was removed and a new one was installed same day! They did a great job of explaining everything on the tankless heater. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Jon was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to troubleshoot a few things but knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He did the job quickly and cleaned up before he left. Will definitely use them again when I have another plumbing issue.

Did not return calls. Showed up randomly a few days later without any notice. Lacked the most basic of troubleshooting skills (didn't even turn on the thermostat to see what the issue was). Claimed the unit was frozen (but didn't even know where the unit was when he came back, and once again, didn't even turn on the thermostat to check the problem). After explaining the situation to our building owner he finally got Steve back out a couple weeks later to look at it again. It was very obvious he had not completed any productive work the last time he was here because he claimed he never knew the problematic unit existed. I had to show him where the unit was in the ceiling. I had already diagnosed ahead of time and found no power to the unit, but decided to leave it to him to see what he could find. He claimed the heat strips were causing issues (we are talking AC here folks, the fan for the indoor unit is where the problem was, not in the heating elements) and that the unit would need to be replaced. Since I had already diagnosed the issue on my own we nudged the building owner in the direction of the old company (Environmental Control Systems). They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes (I did not let them know I had already diagnosed, we were running a trial here to see who was more capable). They replaced the breaker to the indoor unit, and now we finally have AC in the hottest part of our office. I suggest looking in another direction if you are considering this company. We did not have a good experience, and I cannot recommend them to anybody.

They came and were professional, hard working, and did a great job. They even cleaned up the surrounding pipes (moved some to a better ergonomic location), added some seals and educated me on the furnace workings. I would recommend them to anyone.

Same day service when my AC went out in 100 degree weather. They have now returned to replace a 20+ year old furnace and water heater (at my request - Steve did not push replacing them when he looked at the AC). Service was efficient, clean (that put down tarps and swept up after themselves), and performed on the day and appointment time that we had agreed to.

I have used Harvey Heating and air conditioning for years. Royce is our technician he is the best. Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and committed to quality work. We have purchased units form them and they do the maintenance.
