    This company is great! They provided an honest estimate and spent the whole day trimming and pruning 8+ trees in my yard. Russell was the lead on the job and was professional, knowledgeable and overall wonderful to work with. My trees have NEVER looked this good and I have used Aspen and another local tree service in past years. I highly recommend this business

    They gave us an estimate, but when my wife presented the coupon that they hung on our door (at time of payment), she was told that the price that we received was "already discounted." The discount did not appear on the quote or the invoice. I recommended to the owner that they have a line item for the discount so that customers could feel confident that they had received it, and was told they didn't have that capability. I also let him know that it seemed unfair to me, and while I wasn't going to come out and call him a liar, it left us feeling cheated. He basically said that he's bigger than other local services and has new business rolling in every day, so he didn't care how we felt. Honestly, I feel a little bad for the guy. He won't continue to see success if he chooses to run his business in a way that is dishonest. Repeat customers are what provide longevity for a local business. I spent a fair amount of money with them, and he knows how much work is on our property. He would have made a lot more money through future maintenance with us than the discount would have cost him. Just a poor business choice.

    Izak and Lucas did a phenomenal job taking down 7 very tall Juniper trees, pruning a couple others, and removing 15 stumps, and the value was great. They left my yard cleaner than when I found it. Exceeded all expectations! Will be calling in the spring for help with planting new trees.

    At first Izak and crew worked out well, but they did not finish the job (palm rootball removal) as we had agreed. Once they were paid they were gone. Learn from our mistake and do not pay in full until you are satisfied that the job is done. NOTE: This business seems to have moved from UT to FL. This review is for FL (Broward Cty). UPDATE (03/18/2021): They did eventually come and make good on finishing the job.

    Izak and his crew was awesome. He did everything I wanted and ask for. All the people that came was very friendly and nice. If you want someone who needs your trees cut or trimmed this is the guy to call. Given how every contractor you call, because its so busy, you're lucky if you get a call back. He cleans up really good after he is done. Leaves your yard spotless. Izak did not hesitate to earn my business and I though he was very competitive when it came to cost.     Tim came out and gave me a free estimate to trim two trees and remove a few others. His crew arrived and was very good at communicating throughout the process. I had two very large maples trimmed and 5 trees removed. Tim's crew was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions about future tree care.
