I have used Arbor+ two times in the past year. Each time was for a big job that extended over a two day period. Arbor+ showed up on time each day and cleaned up before they left each night. When we called Arbor Plus, an office worker answered the phone. No having to leave messages and hope they call back. She made an appointment for the estimator (Jon, the owner). He came on the appointed day and exactly at the appointed hour. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Before he left he emailed us a detailed estimate to beautify a 50+ foot crab apple and a 50+ foot locust tree. We accepted the offer, and the office made an appointment for a crew to come the next week. They arrived a bit before the appointed time. There were three polite, clean men. They put one climber in one tree, and another in the other tree. The third man kept hauling the limbs out to their chipper. They were professional, went right to work, and kept working until the job was done. It was sort of fun to watch them swinging high in the trees as they selectively cut away. When they were finished, what had been two wildish trees had been cleaned out and shaped into trees that add to the beauty of our yard. The crew cleans up after themselves not even leaving a single leaf on the lawn. This was our first time with Arbor Plus, but we won't hesitate to call them again.

This is the third time we have used Arbor +. We completely love this company. They are so friendly, do a terrific job, and are a reasonable price. It's become a tradition to have them come and the kids watch them cut and trim the trees. Yesterday my son kept saying "these guys are my buddies" which is a huge compliment he doesn't even call me, his mom, his buddy. He has also declared he wanted to be a tree cutter when he is a teenager. Thanks Arbor + we will be sure to use your services again.

This is my second time using Arbor+. They are reasonably priced, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and do a beautiful job. They will not botch your trees! And they clean everything up like they weren't even there. I've been so impressed with this company and recommend them highly. I completely trust them and will use them again and again. No need to look elsewhere.

I've worked with a few arborists in Salt Lake and have had the best experiences with Arbor Plus. They are on time, knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. They have performed tree trimming and treatments on sick trees and the results have always been quality. Also their office communicates extremely well and the bills are accurate, in addition to Jon the owner being very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I was very pleased with the work Arbor Plus did for me. They were not only on time, but came early. Nate, Landon and Taylor were very professional, and courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me how they were pruning the tree. I definitely will use your service again and I will highly recommend Arbor Plus.

Jon and his team are 100% invested in top quality customer service. He and his crew were wonderful to work with. His pricing is great and the quality of work was perfect. Also, I must mention that Jon answers his phone and responds quickly to any questions. In addition to that, the work was completed exactly when it was scheduled. My trees are now healthy and looking well groomed.
If you are tired of other companies treating you like your job doesn't matter, because they have other jobs to take its place; THEN CALL JON. He cares about his customers and his business. I will be calling them for all my Tree needs.

Jon and his crew did a great job removing a HUGE cottonwood from our backyard after it was damaged in a windstorm. His price was well below the other bids we received, and even after some trouble with the crane operators they managed to get it down and hauled away the same day. He worked with us to make sure the crane didn't damage our lawn or sprinklers, and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. I've read other great reviews about Arbor+, and they fully deserve the stellar reputation.

John followed through on his word and delivered amazing results. He presented his bid quickly and was on time with his response. We had 4 huge trees dying in our yard, and he and his crew were professional as can be. They used the right safety gear and were very courteous towards my wife, neighbor and I. Surprisingly, they also cleaned all the branches and leaves that were left over on the ground. Our walks and driveway were spotless. We would recommend their services to anyone needing tree cutting service.

Arbor+ did a great job. I got an estimate for removing a tall pine tree very quickly. It was very reasonable. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. And I am amazed how well they cleaned up after they finished.

Arbor+ is the very best tree service that I have found over the years! Our old Ash tree was trimmed so well and so evenly. They even took down all the ivy growing up the trunk. The guys were very friendly and they took great care of all of my shrubs and perennials below the tree and protected them with large plastic pots, garbage cans and tarps. The tree straddled the property line and so they also had to access it from our neighbors yard. They left both yards spotless of debris! We were more than satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them!

Arbor plus came out to trim my gigantic ash tree. It had not been pruned for years and needed a lot of work. They came on time, charged exactly what they estimated, and did an amazing job. The guys were polite and friendly, very skilled and knowledgeable, and did a ton of work. The clean-up was excellent. Unfortunately, they left a lot of dead in the tree that i have no way of getting out.. some of it was there before they came and some of it they caused. Thus the 4 stars.
Update: they came out and cleaned out all the dead stuff from the tree. Very nice, friendly, responsive! Will definitely keep using them. Highly recommend.

Jon and his team at Arbor+ did a fantastic job in pruning all the trees on my one acre property. Additionally they removed a large Cottonwood that was growing into a wall on my property and could have damaged it. They worked swiftly shaping all the trees on the property making the entire property look like a well groomed park setting. They cleaned up everything and left no trace behind except for beauty. I thought the pricing was appropriate for the amount of work they did. The entire crew couldn't have been more accommodating. I will absolutely use them for any future needs. Thank you!

Macon and his crew just took down a tree and did a bunch of other tree work in our yard today and his crew was amazing. Did great work and did a bangup job of cleaning up afterwards! They left my yards cleaner than before they got there. THANK YOU!

Arbor Plus was great! I got three bids to remove a 45’ tree and an old stump. Arbor Plus was not only the most reasonable bid but also the option I thought was most knowledgeable and professional. On the day we scheduled they showed up exactly on time, completed the work so quickly I could hardly believe it, and thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke with eight different Arborists prior to selecting Arbor Plus for our first project (used them on two). We selected them primarily because of their deep knowledge, their ability to LISTEN, willingness to educate us and high level of professionalism. They were also reasonably priced. Not the lowest, but the best value rarely is!

Their work was really exceptional, and pretty fascinating to watch. They were timely, very professional, communicative, fast, safe, and left the project clean.

Only point of critical feedback is the 3% fee added if you pay invoice with credit card. Contractors need to cease this practice. It's 2022.

I wouldn't use any other Arborist. 10 out of 5 for me.

Jon from Arbor Plus and his crew are amazing! They are very professional and worked incredibly safe and fast to remove a huge pine tree that was at least 40 feet high and within 3 feet of my house. Jon and his crew had this thing completely removed, cleaned up and totally gone in a matter of hours. Jon was extremely nice and helped me understand the overall process. His company provided me the best quote by far and they were right on time for the appointment. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends, neighbors and family for any tree removal needs.

On June 23, 2020 Arbor+ took down two large conifers on our property. They systematically removed the large trunks of trees lifting them off from the top with a crane. Their team was amazing as they chopped the pieces up as they brought sections down. They ground the roots into mulch and cleaned the area prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Arbor+ to anyone needing a tree removed. A note regarding price: Arbor+ did not have the lowest price when I obtained bids to have the trees removed. They did however appear more professional than any other company that I interviewed and decided to pay a bit more to get better service. I could not have been happier with the experience.

We chose Arbor+ to remove 3 large trees from our front yard after receiving bids from 5 tree service companies. Honestly I felt good about all of the companies that we contacted but after careful consideration felt that Arbor+ may provide the best value.

We are definitely happy with the results. Our experience with Arbor+ was positive from start to finish. Our initial contact consisted of a message sent requesting a bid through their web site. The response was timely and we set an appointment for just a few days later. Charles visited our home and consulted with us. He was exactly on time to the appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a bid via email within minutes.

Once we made the decision to go with Arbor+ we called and a date and time was set for the work to be done. We were made aware of each step that would take place and were kept well-informed. We even got reminder calls for the appointment.

On the day the work was done the crew arrived EXACTLY at the time they said they would. Every member of the crew was friendly and hard working. We had a huge elm tree that we worried about being troublesome but they came with all of the right equipment and set straight to work. They worked together like a well designed machine. Everyone had their job and they were obviously experts.

They completed work earlier than anticipated and cleaned up perfectly.

We had a friend inquire about the company and the work they did and we have recommended Arbor+ to him. This is a somewhat long review, but if we were to be given only two words to describe our experience those words would be, "Extremely pleased!"

I had 5 willow trees to remove in my backyard. They called back and scheduled an estimate within a week. The guy that came was very professional and polite with a very reasonable estimate, with no pressure or obligation. I had few other companies to come do an estimate but the other companies never showed up when they said they would and had to reschedule several times just for the estimate. And their estimate was 2-3 times higher than what Arbor+ had given us!

Scheduling them to come do the work was very easy. I would have had to wait a few weeks because they were booked, but luckily for me, they had a cancellation and they called me right away to schedule with me. The guys who came did a fantastic job in clearing away all the debris and cutting the tree down carefully, to avoid any damage to my property. It took them (3 guys) about 4 hours to complete everything, and they even cleaned up my yard and driveway (even my neighbor's driveway and yards). I was very happy with their services and their price can't be beat!

Highly recommend for any tree service you need from these guys!

This is the second time I have used Arbor+. They are so great to work with. They were on time, very friendly and left our yard picked up and clean. We enjoyed watching them work (from inside our home); you could tell that their team has done many projects together, they were efficient and coordinated. We plan on using Arbor+ exclusively.
