Tree reviews in Millcreek, Utah

Macon and his team did a great job on my trees today, thank you.
They showed up early, worked hard, were friendly and nice to work with.
My trees look great and I will call them again. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Charles and the staff for their prompt response to my calls. Pleasure working with Arbor+

I couldn't be happier with the work from ArborPlus!!
If you don't have time to read my review in full. Go no further with your research and just call ArborPlus now. They will exceed your expectations!!
I had HUGE box elder tree that blew over onto my house during our recent windstorm. Fortunately my 101 y/o brick home held up better than I thought it would (the 3rd “little pig” was correct); however, I needed to get the tree off my house ASAP so my insurance agent could assess the damage and the power company needed more space to reconnect my power line that was severed by the tree. I can't tell you how many tree companies I called only to learn, from the few that returned my phone calls, that the soonest they could help me was 2-5 weeks out. It made sense given the extent of downed trees that our community along the Wasatch Front needed removed but I still wasn't satisfied with those wait times.
Then a close friend told me he saw ArborPlus remove a really big conifer from his neighbor's yard earlier that day and he got me contact information for ArborPlus' founder/owner, Jon Kammerer. Jon asked if I could meet in within the hour to check out my tree removal needs and gave me a bid that was almost half that of another well-known tree company that wouldn't be able to remove my tree until the middle of October! Jon said he would be able to remove the tree within 4-6 days. I said fantastic!
A mere three days later one of ArborPlus' crews showed up at my house with a gigantic telescoping crane, large wood chipper and an army of at least 6 people with chainsaws and a bobcat. It was 6:00 pm when they arrived and I was concerned they wouldn't be able to get the job done before dark. Less than two hours later the tree was gone and so were they – impressive! They were very mindful not to damage the plants in my backyard any further than the tree already had.
The next day another close friend asked me who had done such an excellent job removing my tree. One of neighbor’s garage was crushed by a fallen tree and their cars inside. I passed on Jon Kammerer’s number. Two days later I got a text from her neighbors thanking me profusely for referring them to ArborPlus. Another very satisfied customer.
Thank you Jon and your crew,
-C. Pace

Jon and his crew are very professional and perform high quality work. I had 4 trees removed and one was difficult to reach. They are prompt, courteous and clean up nicely when they are finished Took them approximately 2 hours to take down and clean up all four trees. I would certainly recommend them and will use them again when my trees need attention. Thank you Jon and crew!

I highly recommend Arbor+. I have 2 very large Ash trees that were topped 20 or 30 years ago and were in dire need of trimming and cleaning out. I researched a number of companies in the area and got bids from 4. During the estimate the arborist from Arbor+ seemed really knowledgeable, professional, and was really engaged in understanding what my goals were (tree health and safety) and also gave one of the lower bids.

I am very glad I went with them. They did an incredible job and my trees look fantastic. Since I'm working from home due to COVID, I got to enjoy watching the process through the windows. It was a ton of work and took a crew of 3 (one of whom is a certified arborist) an entire day even working incredibly quickly and efficiently. They moved everything out of the way (outdoor furniture, pots, hoses, etc) and put it all back nicely when it was done. They were also careful of my neighbors' property and plants/trees, and the team did an impeccable job cleaning up afterwards.

Highly recommended, this is a great business with great employees!

Arbor Plus is awesome! Everyone I met from Arbor Plus is very knowledgeable about trees and tree care. They are very personable, do great work, are on time, have all the right equipment, are very professional, and go above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend Arbor Plus.

Arbor plus has the best employees that know what they’re doing. Chantel is awesome as an office administrator, very kind and knowledgeable. Jon the owner, he knows his stuff I was very impressed with him from the get go. Eric and Forrest were the guys that came out and performed the work at my house. I was so very impressed with how hard they worked and they had my 35 foot pine tree out of the ground and in the chipper in no time. These guys were extremely knowledgeable about their equipment and how to work it! The year 2020, has brought us many, many surprises, but never did I ever think I would see a flying Christmas tree! Well, I have now. I have referred Arbor Plus to 3 people all ready and my work was just done yesterday. I highly recommend this company because they are professionals and they were on time. You will NOT be sorry!

We've used Arbor+ for years and have never regretted it. This week they trimmed our tall elms (not an easy task), safely maneuvering around power & cable lines, leaving work areas looking better than they've looked in years, including grounds, sidewalks, driveway & street. Jason & his crew were efficient, courteous, and willing to accommodate our special requests.

Arbor Plus have done such a great job for us and surely exceeded our expectations. Every thing is well cleaned up for us after the tree is trimmed. Also, I appreciate the fact that they have planned to trim the dead branches for us since the estimation, we had a total of five companies to come and estimate for us, the other ones are more expensive and they charges more when I asked them to take care of the dead branches. I will definitely introduce Arbor Plus to my family and friends in Salt Lake City if they need to trim their tree. The quality of work of Arbor Plus is amazing!

They do a great job! They explained everything and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Quick, thorough, and friendly. Best of all, very reasonable.

Great professional team which took time to evaluate and communicate job to perform. Super clean up…and tenacity in a snow storm. Improvement in looks and health of three trees.🌳

Great place! Great people!

Excellent Service and friendly workers!!

Happy with the responsiveness and customer service I’ve received. I will use them again!

Had them come in December to trim a couple of trees. They broke my decorative sign in the front yard while doing so.

Did a great job. Cleanup up nicely! Will use again!

Reliable tree care saved several of my trees and has kept my whole yard of trees healthy and beautiful.

Highly professional and expert tree care. They expertly pruned my trees, taking the time to improve the health and stability of the tree, not like a quick hack job like you might get from others.

Terrible, incomplete work, multiple missed service windows coupled with abhorrent follow up. 2+ months in and gave up trying to work with them. Called another company and had the work completed in a week.

The crew showed up on time. Worked fast and cleaned up after themselves very well.

Reliable Tree Care has been treating my trees for insects for many years. They do a great job and always Guarantee their services.
