He was a nice, knowledgeable, gentleman. He came and stretched our carpet in a bedroom, fixed a hole in our living room and you can’t even tell where it was; he did all of it in a short time. He wasn’t crazy priced either. Definitely will be using him again for our carpet needs. He mentioned he did carpet cleaning as well so we will be having him back out for that too.

My carpet was installed incorrectly according to Shaw carpets. The carpet was piled in every room. When Mr. Martin came to give me a bid I expressed my concern that it was a total loss. He went through every room, explained how he would fix the issues and what furniture would need to be moved. He blew the competition out of the water coming in at 1/3rd the price of my highest bid. He came the next day on time and spent about 6 hours perfecting each room. The results were astonishing! He took carpet that I thought was a total loss and made it like new again. These guys were great! I had a small carpet patch that I needed to fix very quickly and they were able to come in the same day and make the problem go away. The results look great and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Our carpet is 14 years old and we need it to last a few more years. We have a U shaped hallway with 5 door openings. Shane was able to work his carpet stretching magic to make it smooth and tight again. He also fixed a hole and stretched out two more bedrooms. Shane was easy to communicate with, on time, and definitely experienced in his trade. We are so pleased with his work and will not hesitate to call him for any future carpet repair needs.

I had to pull up about 250 square feet of carpet to fix holes in my subfloor and I paid Shane, Martin Carpet Repair, to put the carpet back and stretch it because it needed to be stretched before I pulled it up and I cannot be happier with his work, he definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him for any of your carpet needs. I will definitely use him for cleaning also.

Our carpet has been plagued by ripples ever since it was installed by a clown who, with the benefit of hindsight, had no idea what he was doing. We've had it stretched a couple of times since and the ripples always came back. We called Shane and several others for estimates; Shane's bid was competitive and he was the friendliest by some distance. He arrived right when he said he would and spent the whole day hard at work. He tirelessly addressed every concern, explained every issue and eliminated every ripple. He was well-equipped, very careful to clean up after himself and we'd hire him again in a second.

We had a flooding issue with mud involved in the flooding. Got the padding replaced and carpet re-set and a general cleaning done in the whole place. Amazing service, got everything that we needed fix fixed. Will totally hire again for general cleaning

I recommend him to everyone and anyone cannot go wrong.

Shane was excellent. I walked him around all the areas that needed stretching or repairs, he provided me with the total amount before getting started.
