After two (2) years and 5 carpet stretches from various other companies we still had 3 large wrinkles in our family room carpet.

We called Shane and he came out the next day. After he investigated further he said the main problem wasn't that the carpet needed stretching, it was from underneath the carpet. We found out the pad wasn't any good and was bunching up underneath.

Shane pulled up our carpet in 2 easy fast steps and put down a new pad then folded the carpet back over secured, tightened, and smoothed it down making sure it looked perfect again. Problem solved! No more wrinkles!!

Shane is awesome and did an amazing job. He's courteous. knowledgeable, experienced and very skilled with attention to detail. Also the price was very reasonable.

And he made my day when he informed me he could also clean the stains out of the carpet from a massive plant watering disaster. The carpet looks brand new. I had called around for multiple quotes as I wanted great pricing but also quality. I received information without having to ask but I do believe this is dependent on project to project. When he showed up, he was on time, informative, walked through his process, confirmed and went over pricing. I was recommended products that were trusty to him not sold through the company so I didn’t feel I was being up charged. He got straight to work and my carpet looks brand new again. I hired Shane for retrenching and cleaning. Should I ever need services again he will be the one I call and even recommend. Very impressed and professional!

Our carpet in our huge basement family room were heavily peaked and in need of repair. He was honest in his assessment of the carpets but yet delivered an amazing result. We started out having a great experience. Ruston was very detailed and communicative. We only had a little hiccup with our salon build out, he decided to dig a trench deeper than the plans called for without asking that we had to pay for, which we did because we wanted a good relationship going forward. The issues came after with customer service and Ruston not guaranteeing his work and making it seem like issues were our fault. The backroom stunk literally like a sewer because a disposal got put on the sink without being in the plans somehow, so it didn’t have power, and it was pulling teeth to get them to just come take it off. They tried to say we put it on. I don’t know why I would ever do that, I don’t even know how. We also have had an issue with a door, which was an issue that they knew about before construction was done. They pulled on it a little to “fix” it, and it wasn’t an issue until about 7-8 months of being in business. We asked him to come fix his work, but again were blamed for the issue. To be clear, where the issue is, nobody goes in there and “leans” on the wall, it’s a spa type room. We’ve had other issues here and there, but Ruston is really hard to work with and does not have good customer service, especially after the job is done. We would not work with him again, and I’ve never said that about someone or left a review. That’s how bad our experience was. It’s just very disappointing because we were referred and it started out great.

I hired Ruston and his team to do a full remodel on my house his team of reliable sub contractors did an amazing job and met every deadline. I hired another contractor first who i had to fire after them not showing up when they said they would and the work they did do was horrible craftsman ship. I am so grateful i found this company and their attention to detail was like something i have never seen before. Thank you guys for making my house a home!
