These guys were great. The bid was reasonable, they got the work done quickly, they acted very professional, and the finished product was excellent. We had them install some can lights in our kitchen remodel and do some electrical work on our home theater.

Great experiences! Workers you can trust. I have used this company several times for light fixture changes, exterior front yard lighting, and additional wiring needs in the house. My issues have been resolved and any questions I had were answered courteously (over the phone and in person). I have recommended their services to family and friends, who have also had good results.

These guys were so helpful! Straight to the point, honest, hardworking. They are the only people I will ever have do electrical work in my home! The electrician that worked on my home was very professional and fast. They were the cheapest quote that I got too, compared to other local companies.

Just had Garrison out to troubleshoot a circuit that I was having trouble with. He was friendly and professional and found the problem for me. Great experience!

I also like that I got a text that he was on the way, with a picture of him, so I knew who to expect!

We initially had Key Lime out to install electric for a new hot tub. The electrical box stopped functioning less than 2 years later. I contacted them for assistance and it went straight to voicemail (mid-week for several days straight) and the recording said they weren't taking new jobs. I texted for help, no response.

In the meantime, I contacted another electrician to come out and troubleshoot for us and he discovered that the breaker was incorrectly installed and was damaged by Key Lime when they initially installed it. I contacted Key Lime again and texted them a picture of the broken breaker + a receipt for the costs we had to pay and they haven't replied. Unfortunately, they don't stand behind their work and I can no longer recommend them.

Nathan was our technician, Heather helped me on the phone through one of the most frustrating times ever. Nathan, you are truly my hero for what you did for me and all kids. I honestly can't even find the words to explain how much the kindness and empathy you all showed me that day. I will use and refer you to anyone that I can.

Key Lime Electrical installed two new EV chargers in my garage and did an excellent job. This included installed new breakers in my outside panel, running wires, and installing the hardware. They were very professional and easy to work with. I'll definitely be calling them again.

Garrison came out at 8pm on a Friday night after we lost power to half of our house and farm, including our water well pump and multiple freezers of expensive food. He was able to identify the issue within 15 mins, fix it, and was incredibly thorough and helpful. He was understanding and charged a more than fair price. I will be using Key Lime ANYTIME I need electrical work. 100% recommend them.

Arrington arrived on time, clean, neat uniform. He was able to start right on the projects we were getting done. He cleaned up after every step, leaving no debris. One of the most professional electricians I have seen in 40 years of all phases of construction, residential and commercial.

The most professional company i have worked with ever. Always professional, courteous and best priced. Could not ask for anything better. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to deal with. We had key lime run a new conduit from the the street to installed a new meter and remove old existing meter. Passed every inspection on the first try with no issues.

Quality humans at this company. We had, what seemed to my untrained eye, electrical issues at our house. They generously treated us to a free consultation and were able to assuage our concerns. Garrison took the time to explain a few electrical concepts, in terms I could understand, so I could feel confident about the electrical situation in our older home. I needed an outlet in a bathroom. Arrayington sent a text he was on his way with a picture of himself. Being a senior I really appreciated that. He was here 30-40 minutes evaluating what I needed. My bathroom would not support an additional outlet with the wattage I had. He tried to come up with a solution but the only way was a major expense. I chose not to do it. To my surprise I was not charged for his evaluation and time. Key Lime Electric is now in my contacts for any future needs I may have! Thank you!

Side note - I recently had a plumbing company come to my home and although I didn’t need any work done I was charged $170.00 for the house call.
