Bug Busters has taken care of my clump birch trees for 35 years. They have to spray for a bore yearly and have kept them alive and thriving for all these years. They also have sprayed for Box elder bugs when need them to. Anything that I call them to do they are very anxious to accommodate me. I think they are the best.

Over the last couple years, we have lost 5 lodge pole pines (we now have about 25 left); our neighbors also lost about 5. We heard about the arborist at Joshua tree and asked if he could help us find the cause. He inspected the trees and discovered we have beetles in them. He showed us the telltale signs and then offered a remedy. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We will be treating all the trees. (He will also trim many of the other trees for us.) We were impressed that he advised us to wait until later in the spring for the treatment as timing is important in ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Such a great experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and honest and let me know what he could do to help out with treatments. He also let me know what I could do in addition to what they would do to help my trees. It was very helpful and now we just have to wait until fall to do his treatments when it is the best time. Highly recommend! This would be the only company I would trust to treat my trees.

Nick Cummings and his team (Andrew, Daniel, and Chad) did a professional, thorough and clean job pruning my huge honey locust of dead wood and clearing out some really old, thick pyracantha bushes (which are actually an extremely thorny plant that is also a major fire hazard). I recommend this crew to manage the trees and bushes on your property. They were very neat and respectful of the property and had a great attitude. The finished the job on time! Thanks!

Use Joshua Tree for your tree removal!!

Nick, the owner, gave us a good price to remove five enormous pinion pine trees. The job went just like Nick said it would when he talked me through it. He knows what he's talking about. We got on the schedule quickly. We were scheduled about a week out. The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. and worked all day. They left around 7:30 p.m. It was a tricky job. The guys were flawless in removing the trees. They had to maneuver my house, my neighbor's house, power lines, and apple tree, a shed, and a fence. Not a single rogue branch. I was so impressed. They came back the next morning and cleaned up with rakes and blowers. My yard was totally clean when they left. The crew was friendly and let us watch and take videos.
A couple of notes...
The only bummer was that I told them several times that I wanted to keep the wood chips for mulch, everybody knew. We talked about it all day, and they hauled it away at the end of the day. Not my favorite, but the quality of work was perfect.
I was going to have them grind the stumps also, but at the end of the job, I was told the price would be double what I was quoted. I told him to wait on the stumps so we could negotiate the price. Nick told me he would talk to the guy he uses to contract out the stumps, but I never heard back from him. A couple of weeks later, I was not home and happened to glance at my phone and I had a text from Nick saying his stump guy was at my house and they would do the job for the original price. By that time, I had found another company to do the job for the same price, so we sent Nick's guy home. Again, the tree removal work was fantastic, so definitely 5 stars there.

Joshua Tree wins the prize for tree artistry! And tree preservation. They have a deep love of nature and preserving trees. I'm also taking their suggestion to play classical music outside for tree health. They are reasonably priced and have a very skilled team who work well together. They will also remove trees that you wish to be removed and they have pleasant personalities. They are also easy to work with and will accommodate any suggestions and concerns you have with trees.
