Luke was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. My dryer had more issues than I initially thought but Luke had solutions for all of them. Overall great experience with them.

Luke was polite, respectful, and he’s got the magic touch. My dishwasher wasn’t working at all, and he got it to run just by pressing a button. Lol but in all seriousness, good guy good service!

Awesome experience! My freezer stopped working. After a bad experience with another company and loosing $150 to learn I was basically scammed, I found comfort in the help I received from Famous Appliance! They were able to get a technician out in the same day! The company was amazing. The initial fee to assess the situation was less than expected and once they did the repair, they removed a portion of the assessment fee which made us feel as if they really care about helping the customer without gouging in price! Taylor came out and assessed the problem, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. After the part was delivered, Luke arrived to install the part and repair my freezer. Both men were professional, courteous, friendly and were able to educate me on how my freezer works and should be working moving forward. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be calling this company again with any appliance repair needs in the future.

Luke is amazing!!! He was able to find the problem right off. Then he explained my options in a clear and precise manner. Two days later he came back with the needed part and fixed my dishwashers in less than twenty minutes. Thank you Luke!!!

The bottom oven in our dual range Kitchenaid stopped working. We called Famous Appliance and they were able to get a technician out within two days. Luke, our technician, did a great job. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the problem, as well as provided an explanation of the gas smell we had been experiencing. Luke fixed the oven, and the smell quickly and efficiently. He indicated both the parts and labor were warrantied for 90 days. We highly recommend Famous Appliances, particularly Luke.

Luke did a great job diagnosing and fixing our washing machine. It broke at 11:00pm and he came out next morning by 11:00 and had the part on hand. So grateful for quick and efficient service.

Luke was so educated on about my LG WASHER! He knew exactly what to do right away. My drain pump was bad and stopped working and he had the part and was ready to go! He was speedy fast aswell! He also didn’t even mind that I watched him repair from beginning to end. I really appreciated being able to see how my machine was getting the right care. Luke Stauffer was fantastic in his customer service, knowledge, and efficiency of preparing our fridge, ice maker and water valve issues. We have had several issues with it over the years and he came up with a unique plan to fix it we have not tried yet and fridge responded exactly how it should once his work was complete.
