Luke did an amazing job! He was knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. Famous was easy to communicate with and made sure we got our repair done in a timely manner. We’ll definitely be calling Luke the next time we need help with an appliance!

Luke came out and installed the parts to our dishwasher this morning. It’s now working perfectly. Luke came right on time and was quick to complete the job and very professional. Highly recommended Famous Appliance. Both Taylor who originally come out and diagnosed the problem and Luke who completed the job were great. Will definitely keep using Famous Appliance, we have been customers of there for over the last 10 years and they have always treated us great!

Once I contacted them they got an appointment set up right away and they found that a part had to be ordered. As soon as it came in, I was contacted and repair was made the next day. Elliott Hansen is who repaired my dryer, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. The only part of the experience that I would make a negative comment about is the cost but, he didn't set that.

Aaron did a great job with my Frigidaire refrigerator. It was being inconsistent with the temps and we had the repair done quickly and communicated well through the process.

Luke is the best appliance repair technician! He got our Frigidaire refrigerator fixed. He also helped clean out the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

This was a truly a terrible experience. I contacted Famous Appliance to fix my ice machine on my refrigerator. After multiple visits, the repair was unsuccessful. Rather than refunding the entire repair, they only gave us a partial repair because a component of the repair was successful, though the ice machine was not functional, and the refrigerator had to be replaced. I do not consider this standing by your work. I was told an amount for the refund and the amount I was refunded was not equivalent to the original stated amount. Though they told me they record phone calls, and I had the time and date of the original call with the refund amount I was promised, they were not willing to go back and listen to this call. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service department. They were not interested in making this right, only in telling me that I was wrong.
