We used ServPro after a fire in my son's condo. They were amazing to work with, very kind, professional and caring. The work was excellent, repairing everything to better than it was before. They kept us informed and up to date on everything as we went along. We had delays in insurance payments and they worked with us and did as much as they could while waiting on insurance. A shout out to Steve, Jonas, Quentin, Stacie, Jeff, Eliza and Scott. A very special shout out to Cameron and Robyn. They were so easy to work with, kept us up to date on construction progress and invoice issues. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and would use them again if needed.

Servpro was extremely professional. Carlos, Terry and Rory were amazing, polite and they explained the process in a simple way, helping me with all my questions. It was a great decision to follow the advice of Tom to trust Servpro of Bountiful.

It took 6 months to complete project, water leaks. Repairs dragged out with poor communication and promises not kept. Threats to put lien on property when repairs had not been completed even though there was a insurance claim in progress. Never received a invoice for work done. Property taken by contractors window curtains , parking passes and keys. I was told to include missing items in my insurance claim.

Tracy Skeen came up to our home to look over some rain damage to our back doors. He was quick and efficient, also gave us a contact who could handle the door frames. Would use again!

I recently had Servpro help me with a pretty stressful situation: a dishwasher leak that turned into a whole kitchen restoration. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Satala, who led the restoration team, did an excellent job overseeing everything. He was professional, attentive, and made sure all the details were taken care of. Alongside him, Iniki, Jonas, Quinton, and Steve worked incredibly hard to get everything back in place—new flooring, some replaced cabinetry, painting, drywall… they did it all and everything looks as good as new. They are all very skilled workers.

I also want to give a shoutout to Curtis, Cameron, April, and Stacey in the office who handled all the behind-the-scenes coordination. They made the whole process smooth and kept me in the loop.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work Servpro did. They turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of restoration.

Being an Architect, I am aware of the often difficult relationship and tensions that can arise during a construction project. So I was pleased to discover I had hired a construction company and their excellent Project Manager, Curtis Bingham, who communicated well, listened, and worked with me to accomplish a difficult, complete renovation of the English Basement apartment of a 1907 Bungalow house I own in Salt Lake City.

That the job was successful and a pleasurable experience is even more remarkable because I live in Virginia, and I was not able to come across country to inspect the progress of the work during the pandemic. As of this review, I have never met Curtis in person, his excellent crew, or any of the talented subcontractors who provided their skills.

The age of the house required completely redoing the plumbing & electrical service and bringing it to code, upgrading two bathrooms, replacing the interior and exterior doors, repairing the interior and exterior walls, painting the walls and ceilings, providing new lighting fixtures, new kitchen cabinets and cupboards, flooring, and closets. In a word, about everything.

The reason this job went so well? Trust. Curtis' excellent communication skills, work ethic, honesty, and a willingness to be my partner made the difference. When I needed to talk to him, he responded quickly. When he needed me to make a decision, I quickly got back to him. The proof of working together is in the result: all those who have actually seen the finished apartment say it has been transformed from a hag to a runway beauty.

If only all construction work could be this much fun! I couldn't be more pleased.

Greg Whiting was wonderful! He was so honest and helpful. We live in Idaho and have a rental property in Bountiful so we have to trust people. The first company that came out quoted a minimum of $1500.00. We decided to call Servpro and get a second opinion and Greg was so honest and told us that there was no damage and actually fixed a small minor issue and didn’t even charge us. I will definitely be calling Greg for any future problems.

Rory and Mike went above and beyond! They helped us navigate a very unfortunate situation that is every renters nightmare, and did it with ease. They were genuine, kind, and professional! Mike showed up, and we could tell that he wasn't feeling well. However, he stayed until the job was done (2 am). Rory showed up because he wanted to help Mike and give a helping hand. Rory immediately hit it off with my boyfriend, they talked golf and slow pitch softball. Not only did it help ease our tension, but it made us feel like we could ask them any questions and get truthful answers. Never once did we feel like we were going to be scammed. Mike was kind, did well with our dogs, and was very friendly. He let me ask about his daughter and his dog, he excitedly showed me pictures and was gushing about his family. These are people you would trust in your home and with your belongings. Mike and Rory would be people I would trust when I wouldn't be home. They went above and beyond for our needs. They are great and I totally recommend this service!

Not to mention, Rory was very communicative with us. Called me from his personal number and didn't get mad when I texted him questions. They always let me know when to expect phone calls and what the next steps were. Thank you ServPro, you have one happy customer!

The basement flooded and Servpro came out that night after hours to help remove the water. Rory was our project manager and we were impressed with the mitigation side of cleaning up the disaster. However, when it came to restoring the home communication was very poor and I feel like Cameron as the project manager was just a good salesman with no follow through. The only one that impressed me was Sandra the office manager who listened to my concerns and followed up with me as promised. Would not recommend them for restoration.

Rory was one of the best we have worked with. He explained things completely and gave us options. We felt very comfortable trusting his knowledge and expertise.
His helperscame the next day and mitigated the problems with water our renter had caused. They were quick and respectful. We will definitely call this company again. Duard and Sandy Pederson.

We engaged your company to mitigate damages at our rental in Layton and to check for mold. They found the damage was caused by improper installation of a clothes washer. They had to take out the flooring and remove the sheet rock from the wall. Rory supervised the work. He was great to work with; very courteous; kept us well informed of the progress and was professional in every way. Carlos and Corbin. Did most of the work; They were also very polite, professional, an exceptionally easy to work with. All were aware of the testing situation with the tenant, but handled it in the most professional manner. They deserve all the accolades that I can think of.
