We are very busy teachers that have been working on a huge project in our backyard removing some horrible shrubs. Fall break came and we hadn’t found a dumpster yet. We decided to look on HomeAdvisor and within minutes they called and within hours had a dumpster in our driveway. They were a little late and offered us a whole extra day. They were so amazing to work with, we’ll definitely be using them again!

I don’t normally write reviews but let me just say I absolutely LOVED my experience with this company. I’ve been burned by so many terrible customer service experiences that I was very reluctant to schedule a dumpster rental with any company, so I resorted to staring at a gigantic pile accumulate for over a year on the side of my house. (Trashy I know, but what’s a working mom to do?) Finally after getting fed up with everything 2020 threw at me I finally decided enough was enough with that pile and built up the courage to brave any sort of bad customer service and call. I’m so happy I did, and if you are looking for any type of service I HIGHLY recommend this company!

The actual phone call to schedule took less that 10 minutes with NO hold! I didn’t even know that kind of phone service existed! And they were very affordable. The lady on the line was so kind and relatable that I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, I’m not very good with names)

The dumpster showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. Almost to the minute!
I rented the dumpster for a full week and even had days to spare looking at my beautifully cleaned house. The pickup was easy, I didn’t even have to be there. Which was convenient because I work a 7-4 and couldn’t even if I wanted to. They even left their card with a handwritten thank you which made me feel taken care of.

Suffice to say, I’m saving their number to my phone for any future projects and recommending them to everyone!

Chuck it Junk it cleaned out a building we own. They also cleaned up the yard and did a great job on landscaping. We are currently using them often for trash removal and junk removal of our company. We use them about once a week. They are very professional, honest, dependable and they get the job done in a timely manner. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. We love Chuck it Junk and highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome!! I had quite the job ahead of me, cleaning out an old storage unit. It was a little emotional, but had to be done. The woman that helped me on the phone was so helpful, funny and helped me through a difficult task. The men that came to the sight were kind and patient. They made a difficult job easier for me. Chuck it Junk Removal dropped off a dumpster for us when we remodeled a clients bathroom. They dropped it off the morning after we called and picked up the day we completed. The process was easy, clean and efficient!

I thought tearing down an old garage would be a simple task but it was so much work that I finally gave up and called Chuck It Junk Removal to finish the job for me.
They sent a couple of people over and the whole mess was cleaned up in a couple of hours. They even swept up the dirt and debris!

If you need something hauled away quickly, cheaply, and kindly, you won't find anyone better. These guys are the absolute best! I was stressed about how to get rid of some big pieces, but they made short work of 3 couches, a grill, a broken snowblower, and various leftover building materials. They were available the same day I called, were in and out quickly, and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. Highly, highly recommend!

I called and they actually answered!…Annie was very personable and helpful over the phone. They came a few hours later and picked up a little over a quarter of a truckload of various oversized junk items. Very affordable and Colton loaded it all himself. Extremely pleased and will use their services again in the future.
