Marquee's crew is AMAZING. Every time they come and clean my house, I am absolutely pleased. If you are not using them, you should be.

The cleaners did a great job, but they didn't record correct hours. It caused me a lot of pain and worry to get the bill corrected. Also, after they adjusted the bill they automatically charged it to my card which they had on file. They billed me yesterday and today saying my bill was past due. They did say they were having trouble with their billing. Maybe it was a mistake.

Des and Lauren did a fantastic job deep cleaning my home! My blinds look brand new and my kitchen and bedrooms are still sparkling clean! They definitely have the magic touch to make everything look and feel clean!

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. They canceled my scheduled cleaning 2 hours before the appointment saying the cleaner was sick and needed to reschedule. However, they never followed up or rescheduled me. On top of that, I was told by her own staff that she spoke poorly about her clients, which is extremely unprofessional. The billing was a nightmare too you have to wait 3-4 weeks to even get billed and most the time it was incorrect. Overall, unreliable and disrespectful- I would not recommend this company.
