Great Company. Very professional and kind. Their work is great. They are clean and quick with what they take care of around my home. I know the owner and he is a down to earth guy who is all about delivering a exceptional service. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Do NOT work with this company!!!!

I hired them to do yard work for an investment property we were getting ready to show. It was a time sensitive project as we had 8 showings scheduled & I needed the work done before the showings. I urged the time sensitivity from the beginning of our communication. I spoke to them 3 or 4 different times giving specific details of exactly what I wanted done & again stressing the tight timeline we were on.

The morning they were scheduled to do the work I was impressed that they showed up ahead of schedule. (Hence the 1 star I gave them) They brought 4 men & were there for 3.5 hours. I was being charged per man by the hour. The property is 30 mins away & I wasn't able to go down before the crew left to make sure everything was done, I trusted that they did what I was paying them to do.
The next afternoon AFTER our 8 showings at the property I went down to the property & was shocked at what I found. Out of the 10+ things I had given specific detail for them to do they had done 1 & that was mowing!!! I was irate! They had 4 men there for 3.5 hours and all they did was mow!!
Long story short after calling multiple times & being told "I'm not sure what happened. I can talk to my manager & give you a call back" they offered to go back and complete the work that now was not needed as the showings had already happened. I told them 3 different times not to send someone to finish the work & a week later they sent someone anyway to finish the work. Called again & conveniently the manager was out of the office & never got back to me. But they made sure to have the receptionist call me every single day to get money from me. Now im forced to pay $225.00 for 4 men spending 3.5 hrs mowing a lawn that I've personally mowed by myself in 45 mins!!!
Such a joke! Do not work with this company!!

It's been two weeks since I called to have my lawn aerated. They said they'd come within a day or two and haven't shown up yet. Each time I call, they assure me that my home is "on the dispatch for today" and still, my yard is untouched. Yesterday I called and expressed my frustration and they informed me that they put their commercial clients first and will hopefully make it out to my house on Friday (today). And here we are, another day they didn't show. It's clear that my business is not important to them and if you are looking for a residential lawn care service that you look elsewhere. They are far too busy taking care of their "bigger and more important" clientele.
