He was able to get my WHITE couches as clean as he predicted, and he knew exactly what to do. He walked me through the entire process and the chemicals science. Now, after kids and dogs getting them filthy he was able to to make them look new again. My jaw was on the floor. Don’t even shop around. I’ll never use anybody else. Jimmy knows how to earn his keep. He is an expert and efficient. Our light cream-colored carpets had seen some rough wear. Now the stain spots are gone and I feel comfortable with our baby crawling in our home. He was even helpful clearing away items and vacuuming where I hadn't gotten to while tending to baby... Professional, detailed, an very passionate about his craft. It is evident with the results we have of Jimmy's work absolutely 1000% worth the money. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past nice people but the quality isn't even comparable to Vital Clean's results. Jimmy was able to repair our carpet that needed to be streched in a few areas quickly. He also removed cat urine that we had try to remove ourselves various enyzme/vinegar methods and just never could get it out of a 10 year old couch and made it look and feel brand new. Jimmy was great! He was upfront about pricing and did an excellent job cleaning and stretching our carpets. He even sewed the different carpets together connecting the hall and bedrooms for us so we didn’t need the metal strip anymore!

Jimmy was on time, friendly, and did a high quality job in a short amount of time. He has real passion for this work and it shows in his deep knowledge of his craft. I highly recommend him if you want the job done right!

THE BEST! Book them! It is a private business, - Jimmy takes GREAT pride in his work! His commitment shows! I had an appt with zero rez and they told me I wasn’t on schedule! I needed a space cleaned and Jimmy adjusted his schedule and came right away!
Quick, professional, reasonable and so much better than the carpet chains!

I used Zerorez (cost 900) on Saturday and due to some cat shenanigans the next day (Sunday) I needed mine cleaned again, but I couldn't call them back since they were closed. Luckily Jimmy was open on a Sunday and I was able to schedule an appointment for Today at 9. He got here a bit early which was great, walked me through his process and explained his Hydroxidation Tech which I found really neat. The before and after pictures I took really explain themselves and his pricing was way cheaper at 525 which I was very impressed with compared to zerorez. He'll be the only one I go to for my carpet (and shower!) cleaning from now on.

This guy Jimmy is the real deal! Its nice to do business with someone who takes time to educate people on the little things that most of us take for granted. My carpets are very old and have wrinkled over time. IHe did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets and when he finished I was amazed at how new they looked. His prices are very reasonable and he takes his time in prepping your home.
