Service was fantastic, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and trust worthy. Pricing was fair for the conditions of our carpets and couch considering the high quality products he uses. Our house was left smelling fresh and clean. Extremely friendly with our cats ♡ I would highly recommend his services. :)

Absolutely incredible! Jimmy went above and beyond to completely restore our carpet, even patching a spot in the doorway of one of the bedrooms. It looks brand new and feels so fluffy! The house smells amazing now. He also helped us get carpet paper to keep everything clean while we move in. Truly exceptional service—thank you so much!

This was a great experience from beginning to end! I was impressed with the time and care that was taken with my carpets and with me as a person. Jimmy, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and has an amazing product for less than his competitors. We found Vital Clean in our neighborhood, wanting to use a more personable company instead of the big box companies, and we were NOT disappointed! He got rid of all of the spots on our carpet (if you see any in the pictures, they are indentations from my furniture, not spots). The carpet hasn't looked this good since it was installed. Very happy overall, will be recommending him to anyone who asks. Also, my neighbor's basement flooded and Jimmy was over within a few hours helping to make recommendations and then with the recovery efforts. Very appreciative! Thank you Jimmy! Jimmy seriously knows his stuff! He brought my old RV back to looking like new, and the difference was unreal. You can tell he’s using techniques and equipment that most people just don’t have — it really shows in the final result. If you’ve got a job others have turned down or avoided, don’t hesitate to call him.

I work from home and have an area where I have a walking treadmill and I didn’t realize it left this dark stain where it rotates on the carpet until I moved my workstation. But now it’s gone! 10/10. They were very thorough and kind to work with.

Fantastic work! Jimmy was able to get yellow and orange paint out of our carpet. It was everywhere after the dog got ahold of it. He was able to treat and remove coke stains and pet urine from the carpets as well. The carpet on the stairs looks brand new. I paid more for his service but it was worth every penny!

Jimmy did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets today. The house smells amazing and I was blown away when he got out the black light to show me the surprises that were hiding beneath the surface. Although his prices are a bit higher than some of the other competitors out there, he help me understand why his service is far superior. He explained everything really well and I appreciate his fun personality. I will absolutely call him again and would highly recommend.

Jimmy came out and deep cleaned all of our carpets after we moved into our home. Pricing was honest and straightforward. Jimmy was great and fun to talk to, he kept us in the loop about each stage of the cleaning and did a wonderful job. Our carpets had a residue from a previous cleaning and he was able to get rid of that and make them feel lush again.

Vital was awesome compared to the other carpet companies we have hired in the past. Which the other “big” companies often rush their jobs and the carpet dries crunchy cause they rush. If you’re looking for reliable and professional carpet cleaning with a competitive price, I absolutely recommend Vital Clean Home Services. Jimmy, kept me informed on his arrival time so I wasn’t waiting around wasting my day. He came, set up, did a fantastic job cleaning, and was done. Jimmy was friendly, courteous and professional. My condo was on the third floor, there is an additional set up fee for a third floor unit, but even with that, the cost was still reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Vital Clean Home Services for carpet cleaning. And considering how good their services were, I’d recommend them for whatever other services they provide.

AMAZING! We were ready to rip the carpet out and replace it with hard wood! Almost 8 years old, has been through 2 kids and 2 dogs/puppies. We had a lot of stains as well as just high traffic build up. We could not be happier with the results! Jimmy was very friendly and knowledgeable.
