Everyone we encounter at Royal are very nice people. We had them replace our water heaters with tankless, they replaced our old galvanized water lines with Pex pipe, replaced several sewer cast iron pipes that have broken or disintegrated in our basement and the front main line to the street. They are experts in installation; however they were messy. The team did not pay much attention to how effective their plastic barriers were to minimize the dirt and dust. In addition they failed to clean up after the day. They ran a carpet protector but it was short and our throw rugs were still on the ground at end of their protection cover for the floor. They used our bathroom towels to clean up some water and left them on the toilet seat wet. They laid drop cloths after our asking on our hardwood floors through our kitchen/family room area to minimize the dirt coming in and out of our house but would leave for the day and weekend with them still on the floor. We had a number of basement floor sections dug up and concrete replaced. They are not skilled in concrete work as one said "We are plumbers not concrete people." They used a 2x4 to smooth the concrete which is fine under carpet however we had an unfinished section of our basement with no carpet which showed their rough concrete work. I had them get a trowel from their truck to try to smooth the edge transition from the new concrete to our existing concrete. There was miscommunication between what the office called to tell us when the workers would arrive and when the workers actually arrived. Usually they arrived an hour after what the office told us. It was a bit of a challenge to leave the house before 10 AM.

Rodolfo did an amazing job with our furnace maintenance. He was highly thorough and walked us through everything he inspected so we fully understood the condition of our system. This is the first furnace tune up we have had where the technician looked through every component of the furnace. Great service! Highly recommend!!!

Bryton, Corbin, Landon, were at our home today, installing my new furnace and heat pump and A/C. They were so amazing and helpful that they are coming back tomorrow to put in a new tankless hot water heater and humidifier for the furnace as well! So friendly and knowledgeable, I am so glad that they came and put their everything into even the smallest detail of making the wires and cables nice neat and tidy.
Have had the previously mentioned gentleman back along with 2 others the next day, to put in tankless water heater, and remove a water softener and 2 utility sinks.Did an amazing job!
3/17 Ammon and Matthew changed out my 3 outdoor faucets, no more leaks, no more water not coming out of one of them. It's going to be amazing this summer.

Had such a great experience with Royal! Bryan was super friendly and knowledgeable at our first meeting. You can tell he loves his job! We got a new furnace and a/c installed and the team that came was so awesome! Kaiden, James, Corbin and Nate all did a phenomenal job all day long. Royal was amazing for me! They were able to provide a full HVAC system replacement for me (in mid-summer when it was most needed) and it has worked out perfectly since! All of their technicians were incredibly knowledgeable & professional.

We had Royal out to service our water heater and furnace as part of our membership. We are new home owners and are not sure last time our items were serviced previously. Rodolfo our service tech did a great job at communicating when he would arrive and giving us options on findings from our appointment as well as being very friendly.

What an amazing experience we had with Royal plumbing! Being first homeowners we didn’t expect all the things that would go wrong but Royal plumbing was there to help us. They helped us in every way possible. Jonah was super nice and made it easy to talk to and answer any questions we had. He explained everything that was going on and went out of his way to make sure everything was working great. We got quite a few things done and he worked very hard to make sure all our needs were fulfilled. Thank you so much!

Corbin did a wonderful job with our HVAC system today. He was professional courteous and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I love Royal heating and air conditioning.

Landon did a fantastic job! He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions about the new thermostat he installed. We appreciated working with Landon and Royal Heating & Plumbing. We highly recommend them.

My Furnace went out. Royal PHA was able to squeeze me in to replace the motor within 12 hours of calling them.
The price surprised me for Labor. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a motor from my old Furnace they said they could install to save me money. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely call them again.

Rang the Ring doorbell to let us know he had arrived and i was able to let know that i was on my way back home. He introduced himself and let us know what he would be working on. Servesing the furnace and flushing the water heater as per our service agreement. He let us know it would roughly take about an hour. He did a great job.

Royal has earned my loyalty, I won’t ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

My house flooded on a random evening in June, and I had no idea why. I called Royal (after business hours) and they came over immediately, in less than an hour. They brought a shopvac and helped me clean up all the water from the flood that night, and they were back the next day to identify the cause of the flood and get it fixed (my downstairs toilet had a large clog which caused it to erupt and flood my entire downstairs).

The owner himself, Phil, personally came over to make sure everything was fixed correctly, and took extra time to stay and educate me on how to help prevent plumbing issues in the future. He recommended I get a water filtration system installed, which I did; he taught me how to clean the disposal in my kitchen sink, taught me about the fill valves in my toilets, showed me how to clean the filter in my dishwasher, checked and adjusted my water pressure to make sure everything looked good, and he did all of this for no extra charge other than just the cost of the water filtration system. He even threw in free HVAC servicing for a year.

I learned so much from Phil, and I’m happy this issue was able to be resolved as painlessly as it was. Hopefully I won’t have a flood again after everything I’ve learned about plumbing, but if I ever do, Royal will definitely be the first place I call, and they will also be the only ones I call for any plumbing issues going forward.

Phil and the team at Royal are clearly here to help people and earn their long-term loyalty. They are a fantastic example of how you get and KEEP people’s business.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, got right to work, and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. Bryton and Arturo were incredibly respectful, helpful, and hardworking — they went above and beyond to get our furnace up and running. They even cleaned up after themselves and swept the floor before leaving, which really shows their attention to detail.

I highly recommend this company. From the sales team to the person who came out to do the bid, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions.

Royal replaced our old boiler with a new High Efficiency Boiler and Tankless water heater combo. We had three great technicians Bryton, Devin, & Trevor, who clearly took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the people, workmanship, service, and the products they installed. We were very impressed. What really impressed me is they only used top of the line components from world class manufacturers. I installed our original boiler 30+ years ago and couldn’t find products of the quality Royal used. No builder’s grade stuff like you would get from the more expensive home services companies that you always hear offering free stuff for over priced services. I highly recommend Royal, they weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive gave us real quality.

I was nervous that I was going to be taken for a ride and additional costs would arise when James from Royal installed my Central Air while I was at work. I was right and extra things did come up but James handled everything and didn’t charge me a penny more than what I agreed to. I would say that James went the extra mile to make sure my house was in good working order. He found a disconnected duct all the way under the crawl space and reconnected it. Five out of five stars for sure. I’m so thankful to have found a HVAC that I can trust. Thanks James!
