His team consistently does an excellent job keeping everything clean and well-maintained, and they are always quick to respond whenever I have a question or issue. It’s reassuring to know I can count on them to handle things promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I love their customer service and their prompt help on problems. They always keep me informed and give quotes so I know what to expect. They clean my pool on a regular basis and call or text if they can’t make it. Then always a text letting me know when they’ll be here. This is a great company!!!

Utah pool Pros is hands down the best pool company in Utah. They started when they said they finished when promised (despite cement shortages). If I have any questions they come to my house no questions asked. I consider all of the workers and owner as friends.

Doug & James have been great to work with! They are very responsive and really helped us when we needed it. They are professional and reliable. Great work and detailed oriented.

Had them out to repair broken tiles last year. Did a great job. Got on the schedule this year for more repairs. Appointed day comes, nobody showed up. Called, emailed, left messages. Zero response. Bummer. Seemed like a good company.

Update: eventually we made contact and the guys did a good job repairing the tiles again.

Doug Varney was amazing to work with in presenting ideas, listening to our desires, fulfilling our dreams, and guiding us through the process. He was involved in every step of the construction and the quality of work was superb, but also reasonably priced in comparison to other Utah Gunite pool builders.
