I have a beautiful new roof! I decided to do the wraps over the top windows and I love how it looks! R & R Partnership Roofing also fixed a ventilation problem in our attic that caused the rooms upstairs to be so hot in the summer. I am thrilled with how much cooler the new vents have made it. We did have a snag with some damage to our rain gutter covers but ELIAS met with us and made it more than right. He is a man of honesty and integrity and I am very pleased with the results.

These folks are quick and nice, and do great job installing the countertops. However they left a lot of white dust covering the common area , doors and windows of the neighbors in our complex from cutting the stone. They never came back at our request as they were "pretty booked with other customers", and left the cleaning to ourselves. The owner did not even get back to us to see what the problem was and to solve it.
Be prepared to do-it yourself cleaning if you hire this company.

Oasis Granite pulled out all the stops to get our countertops installed to support the rest of our basement schedule, even after we got our kitchen sink to them last minute. And I know they were juggling other jobs. Very impressed with the service. Thank you!

Oasis granite was super responsive and accommodating. They bid us almost $1000 less than four other bids. They even went back to add a little more of a curve I forgot to ask them to do free of charge. They let me go pick out the granite and then come and approve the slabs before install. 5 stars all around. They provided nice sinks for the kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks!

Doral Vance came to my home and gave me a great deal on new sturdy easy-care LeafGard rain gutters and down spouts. Got a quote to install under 300' of leaf guard and replace and/or install about 100' of new gutters. The quote was over $13K. As soon as they realized I wasn't an easy sale, the price dropped about $5K telling me it was over priced to begin with. I really liked the product, but instead of working for a good profit and letting the product speak with it's performance, this company appears to be trying to make a fortune on every sale. Save yourself the money and go to Costco which also has a great gutter guard product and hire a handyman to install it if you need to. You'll save yourself about $10K.

They came out to look at my gutters, that needed so much repair and just plain help. They are so easy to talk to and extremely friendly and helpful. Explained what needed to be done. LeafGuard did a beautiful job installing my new gutters. They look fantastic and they make my home look so much nicer. Steve and Jake were very pleasant and answered all my questions. I recommend these guys. They are fantastic!

Professional and knowledgeable, did a great job. Yes, they are more expensive, but I had some unique issues with my gutters that needed to be dealt with so I needed someone I could trust and I needed a good warranty. Keep in mind this is not just a cover over your existing gutters, this is top to bottom replacement even the wood behind the gutters if need be, so you can't compare this to the cost of placing a screen over your existing gutters, this is completely different.

Vincent came to my 100-year-old home and after inspection, informed me that their gutter system wouldn't work for my house. However, he spent some time talking to me about different solutions and gave me advice and recommendations. He also gave me his number and told me that he'd by happy to answer any questions as I looked at alternative companies. Pretty awesome service. So, based on my experience with Vincent, I'd absolutely recommend taking a look at Leafguard.

My wife and I had discussed replacing our gutters for years due to the frequent necessity of climbing ladders and crab-walking on the roof to keep the gutters debris-free. Not the wisest activities for this retired Sailor! Too often, clogged gutters overflowed with rainwater or snowmelt and flooded the lower floor walkout. We tried everything to clean out the gutters: frequent forays to the roof to clean the gutters by hand or using a shop vacuum and pressure washer. We purchased a submersible pump to manage the inevitable gutter overflows and canceled or postponed trips away from home when threatening weather was forecast.

The LeafGuard representative, Jeremy, arrived at our residence early, but keeping with the agreed upon appointment, he waited until the appointed time to ring the doorbell. Our Dachshunds are not socialized with anyone except family members. Jeremy was happy to chat with me outside our home. Personable and congenial, Jeremy listened to my description of the gutter problems we had encountered in the 13+ years we had lived in the residence. His expertise and thorough knowledge of the LeafGuard system was impressive. He brought samples of several types of gutter protection devices like I saw advertised on the Internet, then described how the LeafGuard system was far superior to those other devices and why. I am a technical guy with a mechanical, hydrodynamic background. I understood the concepts, theory, and science application of the LeafGuard system. While that convinced me this was the best gutter protection available, the lifetime warranty and guaranteed gutter cleanout if ever needed, sold me on the LeafGuard product. Jeremy and my wife were able to agree upon the most appropriate color of the LeafGuard product that would complement the appearance of our home.

Within two weeks of Jeremy’s visit and conservative estimate delivery, the LeafGuard fabrication professionals arrived at our residence. The gutter material color they brought did not match the one requested, so they quickly exchanged the material for the correct color and, in short order, produced the new LeafGuard system for the house. The LeafGuard installation professionals arrived shortly thereafter and commenced the installation. The old, inefficient gutters were carefully removed, and the new system was skillfully installed. All the debris was cleaned up and disposed of by the LeafGuard professionals.

Several days after the installation, Jeremy contacted me and inquired of our satisfaction with the product. We are incredibly happy with the LeafGuard system! A week later, Jeremy, who happened to be in our neighborhood, stopped by for an impromptu visit. He and I walked around the house inspecting the gutter replacement. Jeremy was pleased that we were so happy with OUR LeafGuard gutters. He provided me contact telephone numbers for his Manager, Fabrication Team, and Installation Team, in the event we experienced any problems or if we had questions. Jeremy gave me his contact number, too!

I hired Leafguard to replace my gutters. Doral Vance was the sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable. He had a pleasant personality and we were able to connect on a lot of subjects. It was a pleasure working with him and visiting with him.

Leaf guard is pricey for sure. Doral was our sales person who sold us on getting leaf guard. The sales transition was perfect. Doral an excellent person & talks a good talk. Although the work being done was a bit of a challenge, Doral backed up his talk 💯! The installers had a few things that needed to be addressed & did so with the help of Milo & his crew. Thomas & Brian of Milo’s crew came out to do follow up to work out the glitches after installment and were 💯 on their game. Went above & beyond to make sure they did what they went to do. I did have an issue with my roof that I thought because of the leaf guard installment might have ruined part of my roof that was totally replaced not even 2 years ago. Roof Tek’s personel who I talked to going back & forth who tried to convince me it wasn’t their work that ruined part of my roof. A rep from roof Tek did come out but didn’t even get on the roof & from the ground swore it was a structural thing. I told Doral & he came back out & was convinced it was because of roof teks work. I was really confused now & was a battle between roofers & leaf guard. Doral did every thing he could to stand by their work. I arranged a meeting with both company’s to meet up to hash out who’s really at fault. That wasn’t easy to do because roof Tek would not easily participate . Doral & Milo had no problem doing whatever they had to do to stand behind leaf guards work & was early to their appointment & everything. Leaf guard was late but did show up. Before roof Tek showed another roofer from the roof Dr that Doral knew came out of nowhere. Almost like a God send. Doral, Milo & I were on the roof when the roof Dr on the scene & confirmed it was a roofing issue not leaf guards doing. We still had to convince roof Tek and when roof Tek did show & inspected the roof they also found it was roof teks bad & immediately sent a crew out that day to repair the whole section that was ruined. I was grateful for Doral & Milo to back their work up the way there did & stand by me the way they did. They helped get roof Tek to replace that section of the roof. So thank you along with Milo’s crew Thomas & Brian for going above & beyond for us!

Can't say enough good things about my experience and product satisfaction with Leafguard. From the first email of inquiry to the final day of installation, the entire process and Leafguard team were amazing to work with, professional, polite, prompt, and communicated with me all the way through. Start to finish, it was less than 3 weeks to get my gutters installed. The product itself just looks amazing curb appeal wise, increased my property value, and also is tier 1 in performance compared to just as expensive, run-of-the-mill gutters, that don't do anything near as good of a job as Leaf Guard does in protecting my home from debris and water damage.
