I had an installer named Lalo come out to install gutters for me recently and he did an amazing and fantastic job! He did however show me I had some pretty significant damage to my roof and recommended I call M&M. Best decision I have made in a long time. I could only ever get ahold of them after hours due to my work but even then they were super responsive even after closing! They sent out Dave who inspected my home and realized my roof was installed wrong and told me the best course of action was to replace the roof which is something you never want to hear so I asked him if we could bandage it and he refused and was so super honest about why putting a bandaid on it was not the best long term for my house and my wallet and explained it so perfectly. I waited to make a decision and after a heavy rainstorm showed me I had leaks in 6/9 room in my home I again contacted after hours on a Friday to try and quickly get something set up on Monday. They responded again on Friday and set out a guy named Sam to get my materials and told me they would be there on that money to INSTALL and they did! They even went above and beyond what I was even quoted for to insure my home was protected! They were on time and were even done by the time I got back from work! Super friendly and caring guys! Sam, Dave, Lalo all did an amazing job and I highly recommend M&M for whatever exterior needs you may have because this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had with any contractors!!! Nick was early for our preset appointment. He showed up on time and ready to fix my home’s issues. He was personal but very professional!! ✅ Copper Gutters – Our big splurge item, and worth every penny! These have been the most complimented feature on our home.

✅ Exterior Painting & Wood Repairs – Their team went the extra mile to sand and restore old wood that competitors insisted had to be replaced, saving our budget while keeping the home’s charm intact.

✅ Stucco Removal & Thermory Installation – They helped replace outdated stucco with high-quality Thermory siding for a modern yet timeless look.

✅ Window Replacements & Brickwork – Helped us remove old bay windows, install more modern replacements, and even add two new windows by modifying the brickwork seamlessly.

✅ Custom Shutter Installation – I originally attempted this myself but needed expert help. Nate’s team figured out the tricky dimensions and got the working shutters installed beautifully.

I would, without hesitation, work with Nate and M&M Gutters again. Their pricing was reasonable—not the cheapest, but honest and fair. Anyone who has remodeled or built a home knows there will be challenges, and we had our fair share, but Nate and his team always worked with us to find solutions.

M&M did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters! It was a big project since there were shake shingles and 2 layers of asphalt shingles to remove down to the original 1x6 decking on a steep-roofed English Tudor house.

It was incredible how clean and tidy they were through the whole demo. They put tarps and plywood down to facilitate confining the debris removed from the roof. They had to hand carry the debris to the dumpster on the street since our driveway was too narrow to bring even a small sized trailer/dumpster up next to the house.

The roofers worked very hard and continuously from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. We really love our new roof and gutters and highly recommend M&M!

I called several companies to get bids for new gutters on my home. One company tried to upsell me on things I didn't want and then quoted me a eye popping price to replace my gutters. Luckily for me I also contacted M&M gutters and the bidder came out and quoted me a very fair price without any attempt to upsell past what I wanted. Come install day the installer showed up and double checked with me the work to be done then promptly got to the installation. Very professional work and cleanup after the install. Very happy with M&M and will be looking to use them when it comes time to update other portions of my homes exterior. Highly recommend.

M&M gutters has been the best crew I have worked with! Mack and the other members of the crew were professional and efficient in all of the work they conducted. We found them to be very professional, honest, and competitively priced. They were very responsive to calls for questions or more information. We had soffits replaced, new gutters and a roof replaced. That required 3 separate crews and each crew did a fantastic job. All of the workers were pleasant, responsive to on-site questions and after every phase the cleanup was immaculate. After the soffits were done we needed an electrician to replace the porch light. Their electrician worked around our schedule and came out on a Saturday and was very pleasant. Finally they were very fast, efficient and every crew obviously experts at their part of the job. I would highly recommend M&M for any exterior job you need.

We got a section of our siding replaced by M&M. The price was competitive with other offers. They were competent but not pushy. They were great to work with when we had questions! The installers were very professional and communicative double checking things with us and walking through with us at the end to make sure we felt good about it. Overall we had a great experience and will be coming back when we are ready to the rest of our house.

Being a disabled veteran it gets hard finding a good company. Yet, this company went way above and beyond for me. I had a minor leak coming from my roof that made its way into a basement room. Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. They went above and beyond to do the job to perfection and take care of this broken disabled veteran. I also got to know my repair person Victor and his crew, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was right there showing me every step of the way, and as they found more problems he fixed them all with a true skill. He took the time to teach me stuff as well, and what to look for in the future. Some may leave the worker alone, but I wanted to be involved. Victor and his crew took the time to put my mind at ease and I learned a ton. When everything was done, and it could have been a nightmare, the company took care of me to a level unheard of when all was said and done. They did things for me they didn't have too, and a stressful time became a thing of the past. What seemed minor was major and the professional skill of victor and his crew conquered it. Any issues, you can hire them with confidence. Victor my head repair foreman was the best so ask for him. Mack my point of contact took care of me when all was said and done, and the gm and owner made sure I was taken care of till the end. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you M & M!
