These guys were quick and on it when we called after a recent earthquake. They quickly got someone onsite and assessed our building.

I am very impressed by this company! They are very knowledgeable and fair. They understand building code and contruction. Most of all I am impressed how honest they are. I would give them six stars if I could!

I had called up several different companies in regards to having a new house inspected and they were by far the most professional and competent, I would definitely recommend them above any others.

I went into the Okland office to pick up a package for my husband. The 2 lady's at the front desk were so unfriendly like they had better things to do than help me. I felt like they looked at me like I was beneath them. One left to retrieve the package while the other one ignored me. Very very unprofessional. FOR BEING A HUGE BUSINESS MY HUSBAND WORKS FOR I WOULD BE TREATED KINDLY.

One of the nicest buildings in the state.

they have been working on my building almost 4 months longer than they said they would be. they run a very unsafe construction zone and begin their loudest work at 6 in the morning

The owner has no idea how to run a safe constructing site. I highly recommend anyone seeing a general contractor who doesn't bid low, then cut corners and rust the project to make up for not bidding higher.

Truck number 45 heading southbound I 15 driving recklessly. Speed over 100 mph. Gentleman had big beard. Called Utah Highway patrol and have an incident report. Oakland construction single cab truck number 45 near the Willard Bay area. Beware of reckless driver. Putting other people in danger.

Reading and following directions is hard. Holding up members in the members line while there’s literally a cashier line.

Was crossing a crosswalk on south Jordan parkway. One of your trucks wasn’t stopping and nearly ran me over. Not kidding!
Insane!

Rating is based on one of their truck drivers running a red light, causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident with my kids in the car. Today 05/23/2025 (starting of a holiday weekend) about 2:30 pm on the corner of 900 W and 1300 S in Salt Lake. As I was traveling south on 900 W just as I approached the light at 1300 S (California Ave) the driver (headed east on 1300 S) made a right hand turn (heading south) onto 900 W on a red light in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid and accident. Also since he was towing a trailer it was a very wide right turn causing North bound traffic to stop to avoid an accident.

Called to file a complaint with the company, took basic information and said they will let the safety team know on Tuesday as it’s a holiday weekend. Never asked for my contact , never asked if we were okay nothing.

I’m giving them 1 star but have never used them.
