I had an encounter with truck #454 in Provo canyon today. Single cab F-150. I was passing a slower vehicle driving 5mph over the speed limit. When I was halfway past the slower car this guy ran up on my bumper and was within 5' of my car. I finished passing and merged back over. He hit the gas, and veered into the median while I was merging back over. I tried to pace him and get the license plate number, but I gave up when I reached 70mph and he was still pulling away fast. I'm certain he was traveling faster than 80mph in a 55mph zone. Seeing the other reviews here claiming similar incidents it seems the driving culture has a problem at this company.

Someone driving one of your trucks was driving very aggressively and road raged at me. Was tailgating me for 10 minutes, then swerved around me and almost hit me. This happened on Mountain View in Saratoga Springs. Not a very good look for your company..

What a TERRIBLE, DISHONEST COMPANY!!! My daughter, (19) just moved away from home (Idaho) to start her journey at the U of U. She was driving to school through one of Okland's construction sites, in fact, the site right outside their own Oakland Construction Trailers. She heard a loud 'pop' and pulled over. There was a piece of rebar that had gone completely through her tire, and into her inner side of her rim.
After calling me crying and in straight panic for missing class and not knowing what to do or how to get her tire and car fixed, or moved, she was a wreck! She ended up borrowing a car jack, and put the spare tire on. I instructed her to go into the construction company's trailer and speak with someone in their explaining what had just happened to her. After a battle of them trying to say it's not their piece of rebar, they don't know whose it could be... (GET REAL!) A gentleman came out and looked at the damage and in fact, stayed it was from their company.

These guys are awesome to work with. they are great people.

Worst company to work with. I had them do some improvements to my commercial space. They damaged our products, said they would pay for them, then they didn't. There guys were very disrespectful to me and my employees, spit all over our floors, spit sunflower seeds everywhere, used our office equipment to do their construction work. I was lucky to get any response from them on anything they did. I will never use them again.

Quality work and craftsmanship can always be expected when dealing witt the Squires. They are an honest, trustworthy company that has employees that can be trusted to do the job right. You won't have the problems that arise with a lot of contractors with Squires.

I worked with Squires when they did a total remodel of our building. The owner was tough on his employees and the result was, they did it right. They were dependable and hard working people. He demanded good workers and an honest days work.
As a customer, what more could I ask for? Quality workmanship and they finished on time. He also stood by his work when there were any issues.

Building a house can be stressful! This company takes all the stress out of the process. United Contractors is experienced at building houses and has extremely competent office and property managers. So far we are on budget and I look forward to a beautiful house!

United Contractors did a complex remodeling job for our church and did a great job. They were professional and competent. Everyone on the team assigned to our project was great to work with and responded to our concerns swiftly. We have gotten nothing but compliments on our newly remodeled building.

United did a great job on the Kisco Assisted Living remodel. They stayed on schedule and budget. The paperwork, construction process and communication were outstanding. The collaboration between contractor, owner and architect was as good as it gets. I highly recommend Jason as your project manager.

United Contractors is one of the best. They have been honest. They are always looking for ways to save the owner money and still keep the design intent of the architect.
Bill is the best superintendent / all around good guy I've had on a project. He seems to know everyone in the industry and everyone owes him a favor. He brings years of experience and many unmeasurables to the job.
Mellissa keeps the project moving. The sign of a good project manager is you don't have a lot of issues on site. She keeps the information moving between the owners and design team and the subs.

United Contractors did a complete gut and remodel for us in 2016. They are the best!! Doug was our Foreman on the job and he treated this project like it was his own home. He was so conscientious and on top of everything! Remodelling is super stressful, but United Contractors got this project done in 6.5 months and under budget!! We are loving our new home!!!

United are the best construction company I have ever worked with. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me succeed. I intend to hire them for my next job. They have all been excellent to work with from the owner showing up to check on progress which I am happy to report is on time, to the project manager who has been phenomenal to the GC on site everyday who has done a great job addressing my concerns, fixing them and keeping things on time and in budget. I would recommend them to anyone, high quality work with high quality people.
