Techs do not explain (or understand) their purposes on service calls, techs do not communicate with property management well, techs do not keep their appointments; and when there is a scheduling issue, they will pass the buck and try to blame the property management instead of admitting they didn't know what to do.

Shelby is awesome! Had a back flow preventer past due and city was threatening to fine. She had someone come out immediately. Great customer service.

We enjoyed working with altitude steel! They met all of our needs and worked with us professionally through some changes made right before the install.
During the install, their crew was respectful and professional; we were pleased to see the pride in their work and after they were finished with how well they cleaned up. It’s like they were never there.
Sukh with altitude follows up to see how we like the building and if there is any issues they need to respond to. We will definitely use them again and refer them anytime.

to make the building work on the concrete. The building looks

I researched conservatively 30 competing metal building manufacturers and finally opted to go with Altitude Steel Structures. From the first conversation with Mr. Sukh Lehal I felt like he had my best interests at heart. He worked with my personal needs in the design examples are risers/studs at 4 foot or 40 inches spacing instead of the typical 5-foot, additional stiffing bracing to accommodate higher snow/wind loads and for future solar panel installation. Ther color scheme as well as structure design has received numerous accolades from neighbors, other contractors, including City Inspector, who gave kudos on the personalized Drawings/Prints, specific to my needs and current code requirements in my area. The inspector was impressed and said he wished everyone would come to the city with such well-prepared drawings. Every request, phone call, email, or text was returned to me expeditiously. If I need any other steel structures, I will be reaching out to Altitude Steel Structures. Bravo Zulu to the entire team to include the installation team which worked furiously and professionally and made no mistakes that I could find. !00% satisfied, and I will always recommend Altitude Steel Structures to anyone who asks.

I contacted Sukh at Altitude Steel Structures 2 months ago. From the very beginning he was very professional, and helped every step of the way.
I decided to go with Altitude because everything is done under one roof, design, structural drawings, fabrication of the building, and install by his crew.
Altitude buildings are hand made, not a kit purchased from a manufacturer, marked up, and installed by a third party. I personally went to Altitude warehouse and seen the production of the buildings, very, very important in making sure your details and wants are met, and at a very competitive price.
The install team showed up on time and knocked it out of the park. There wasn't one thing to pick apart. Every nut, bolt and screw is in a perfect pattern.

This co was a pleasure to work with. You deal directly with the owner & don’t get the run around like other companies. They go above & beyond to make sure it is built exactly how you want it & that you are 💯 happy with it. I highly recommend altitude steel structure to anyone. Thx Perry
