J-Pro did an amazing job on my Commercial Inspection. First, I was thrilled that my inspector, Dean, would travel 3-hours to a rural town in order do my inspection. I was pleased with the details of each part of the property (electrical, plumbing, exterior, overall condition…) I am purchasing. I feel like there will be no surprises upon acquisition. One of the things I appreciated most was Dean’s willingness to discuss the findings with me. From the time I spent with J-Pro I can make educated decisions about what repairs will take Priority. I would hire them again!

I had J-Pros out yesterday to inspect my home I’m buying and they were absolutely amazing! So easy to work with and so informative with the walkthrough. The report afterward was thorough and helped me make decisions that will make buying a home way less risky. I will definitely be using J-Pro again if I buy another home anytime soon.

Very professional yet friendly folks! They did an amazing job walking us through the house and explaining things in detail. They answered all our questions, and we got to know pretty much everything that was necessary.

J-Pro is the best! They were so thorough and helpful throughout this process. They are a kind, family-owned business that really knows its stuff! Following the inspection, they provided us with a 70-page document covering every inch of the house. They provide pictures and explanations of everything they find. They even rank repairs/maintenance items by how critical they are to have repaired, so as a buyer, you understand how to best approach the various projects you might have in the future. We are so thankful for their help and will never use another inspection company!

Incredible service and great people! I had asked around for incredibly thorough inspectors and was given their info, and man, did they deliver. They went above and beyond both in the inspection and the time they spent with us to walk through all aspects of the home. We feel confident that the house is in good shape and that issues are documented well for negotiation; and also much more knowledgeable on how to care for the home in the long term.
