Great place. Everyone encountered was very friendly.
-
Very professional company capable of doing any size job.
-
They don't understand " No", I can't afford it. Then they sent out a contract.
-
Maybe don't pointlessly tailgate like an entitled brat in a company vehicle.
-
People here seem to be out of touch with what it means to be a public figure some of the people are helpful and some just seem like they just don't care to listen to you
-
One time let us in to their work party for free, love love love these guys:)
-
Employees driving like couple of baked beans today.
-
The drivers use the hov lane with one person in the car and drive recklessly. I have seen them using phones while driving also.

Literally, the best company I have ever worked with. The patio is beautiful, the veranda is magnificent. I can safely say I will be returning to CVE with all my construction, electric, or even just entertainment needs. Really great revenue cycle too.

truck 1989 tried to run me off the road he was speeding down 5600 west on June 21st at 10pm
he kept tailgate my motorcycle at speeding of 50 mph.
these the people that work here. not cool -
Very poor customer service! I used them previously at another company, they weren't terrible. I called them to do a bid for a job at a new company and was told "We're just too busy to bid it. If you call other companies they are too busy too this time of year, even for a bid. I was called back a few days later by one of their salesmen who made it sound like he wanted to come out, only to call me back and say " we discussed it already and aren't going to pursue this." It was very rude and disrespectful. Very poor business practice!

One your trucks was just harassing me and my wife honking at us to drive faster towards a red light. The driver was tailgating us very unsafely. Please make sure your drivers obey the laws of the road and the rules of civility.

I live on a 25 mile an hour road their drivers routinely do 45 50, even 60 miles an hour past here when I wave out to slow down they speed up and flip you off this happens every single day morning and again at night I have called the company multiple times and they don’t seem to care that their drivers with their company name on their truck that represent them is pissing the public off And causing safety hazards for children and animals I have no use for cash Valley electric and even if I did, I wouldn’t use them or recommend them to anybody that does

The Pre-construction group at Cache Valley Electric strives for efficient solutions in all they do!
Their customer service was above and beyond what was expected. The efficiency and care with which they provided a solution for my experience was right on point. Every company should aspire to their level of professionalism and commitment. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Thank you so much. -
I love these guys! Today I had a flat tire and I was laying on the ground in a bunch of dirt and leaves and three of the nicest guys ever pulled out their tools asked if I could use a hand and changed my tire like a professional pit crew! Power tools and everything! They had my tire changed before I could even figure out a proper thank you. When I asked what I could do in return they answered pay it forward and I certainly will! They were angels with power tools and I'll never forget their kindness!

First can I tell you this building is totally amazing on the outside. When you walk in its inviting and the people that work here are top notch!! They have included everything you need to make a work environment succeed. I can begin to explain to you how wonderful the upper management is. I don't have enough time or space on here to share about the Phenomenon ownership. So very blessed to be apart and to know a few people here!! Thank you much Hilary Colbert

I was in my car at a stoplight today and on the corner was a woman with her children holding a sign asking for help. I only had my credit card so couldn't give them anything, so I sat looking at them, trying to decide how to best help. I was especially worried about the little girls.
Then this white truck with Cache Valley Electric on its side pulled up and these two guys got out and each of them gave the woman a wad of cash, then they got in the back of their truck, opened a cooler and pulled water bottles out of it, which they walked over to the family and placed carefully beside the little girls.
It's nice to witness acts of kindness between strangers, especially in these crazy times, so I wanted to make sure these guys know that they were seen and appreciated and their kindness matters! -
Today while driving through Bangerter one of the driver’s vehicle 2118 almost hit me and he ran into wall and continued driving. He was in the middle lane so he went from middle lane to slammed into the wall. I honked at him and still didn’t get his attention. He could of killed someone.

I had a terrible experience. RMP subcontracted Cache to perform distribution line work (non-residential), replacing a junction box.
1. The first time they came, they trespassed on our property to flag the electrical lines for the J-box.
2. The second time they came, they didn’t call ahead.
3. The third time they came, they ripped up my grass instead of using the sidewalk. Who does that?? -
Called our emergency maintenance team for a power outage in half my apartment at 930 pm, they called cve to come out and they decided to wait until the next morning.. here we are 15 almost 16 hours later and still no power or clear communication as to what is wrong or when to expect power to return. They've shut off all the power now to my unit so no light or heat is accessible at this time, the food in the fridge/freezer and deep freeze are now needing to be thrown away and replaced and still no answers as to what's going on or how long it'll be out. Way to go cve, you guys excel in not being a total trash heap of an electric repair company.. (heavy sarcasm implied)

One of their workers who goes by the name Junior started calling me offensive names and saying offensive things due to the fact that I wasn’t interested in talking to him.
