Chris did an excellent job. He was on time, figured out the issue that I had quickly, but spent time with me to answer all of my questions and made sure i understood what was going on. I really appreciate their help and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent experience! Austin was thorough, experienced, quick, polite, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what he was doing and all the options available (especially for my old house!). Austin was super knowledgeable and great to work with. He found the issue with a hidden junction box after some thorough troubleshooting. I'm grateful he was able to find the junction box and the issue because I had a feeling there was one, but didn't know where to look. Would work with him again if I can't figure it out.

We had a lot of smaller jobs, but they were very thorough and careful and we are confident that the work was done right.

Dalton was great, communicated with us well. Sent pictures of the work he was doing and cleaned up after he was done. Highly recommend these guys

Chris did a fantastic job fixing my ceiling fan/light. The chain had broken off, and an internal wire housing part needed replacing and rewiring. It only took him 10 minutes to completely switch out the part that needed replacing and get it working again. If he can fix that ancient ceiling light, he can fix anything. Will be recommending Mr. Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. Thank you so much!

Availability was excellent, and the technician was right on time. Repairs were made promptly and efficiently. He was also personable and professional.

I was able to schedule an electrician to come to my house within two days of when I called to get an appointment. The electrician worked late on the day that he came over in order to complete the job the same day.

Austin was so kind and efficient when handling the service we had scheduled. He was very good at explaining what my options were, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I have worked with a lot of contractors and electricians over the years (we have remodeled 80% of our home) and this by far was one of my best interactions. It's really hard to find someone in these types of fields that has the patience and personality to communicate effectively and Austin definitely has those skills . I really appreciated his time and workmanship.

I am a Driver and Pyro-Technician for Blue Fire Training LLC and my ARFF Training Simulator ("The Tin Man") needed a new Winch and Control Switch installed. They are used to raise and lower the wing before and after training sessions and we only had two days left before the Tin Man needed to be moved to the next location for the next Training Session.

The owner of Blue Fire Training LLC contacted Chris and arranged to have him meet me on site to get the job done ASAP.

Chris and Dalton assessed the situation, addressed all safety and logistical concerns, and proved to be more than well equipped to accomplish the task at hand in a less than ideal impromptu environment.

A few hours later they tested their work and called it a mission accomplished and the video clearly shows the impeccable results of their skills, knowledge, and due diligence.

After my experience with them I must agree one hundred percent with every positive statement made about the quality of service and the individuals who are the heart and soul of this outstanding enterprise.

Kudos to Chris and Dalton whom I had the privilege and pleasure to meet and do business with. You guys did what you said you would do in the time you said you would do it in a friendly, professional, congenial manner. You were kind, helpful, respectful, good-natured, and genuine.

I think the thing that impressed me the most was that not only would you not leave until you were 100% sure that the quality of your work was to the level you promised it would be, but then when your job was done, you stuck around and helped me with things that had nothing to do with the scope of work you had been hired for! They were little things that good friends would do for each other without even thinking about it. That's the real deal.

Our experience with Dalton was great: he was prompt, courteous and clearly explained all the electrical issues he found in our very old house. He completed a thorough inspection of all the outlets and smoke detectors in our home at no charge. He did find a few of our breakers needed to be replaced: he explained why it was important and did the work quickly for a reasonable fee.

Mr. Electric updated the electrical system in my home and installed the new electrical work for my Swim Spa. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. Chris went above and beyond by helping me set up some of the Swim Spa accessories. I will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

Super responsive and the technician, Dalton, was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend them; my issues were a bit complicated but Dalton handled everything supremely well.

These guys exceeded my expectations. Rich is an animal! He showed up at sunrise and was here well beyond sunset. The job was bigger than originally anticipated and they came through like rock stars. Kacey and Chris are awesome! Really great communication and quality of workmanship. These guys were nothing but respectful and professional from the start and gave me multiple options to work within my budget. I will definitely work with them again next time I need electrical work completed.

I hired Mr. Electric to do my main electrical panel upgrade. Their prices were competitive with other bids I received, but they included "extras" that others didn't, like a panel surge arrestor. Chris and Dalton showed up promptly and worked throughout the (rainy) day, having my power back on by 2pm. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, with the finished product working flawlessly and looking better than I anticipated. I WILL use Mr. Electric again.
